They seems didn’t have proper system for reservation. As the staff changed by shift, my room that been reserved since a week before been given to someone else. The staff were all nice. Soft spoken.

The toilet is dirty within room share bathroom. Take it seriously due to nowadays there are more tourist or backpackers team will come to our country, state and hotel
