Always satisfied with Estadia's service. The check-in and check-out process is fast and efficient. The room, although a bit small, is quite comfortable and clean. The staff, from the concierge, receptionist to the cleaning service, are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu is also delicious and quite varied. Very close to the Mahkota Hospital, just walk behind the hotel, there you go. The location is also close to tourist attractions such as the Dataran Pahlawan Mall, Taming Sari, Jonker and Red Square. Just walk while looking around and you won't realize you've arrived at these objects. No need to worry about getting tired because on the ground and in the hotel lobby there are many massage chairs that can be used, just pay with qris (5 ringgit) hahaha. It's really fun. Another plus point, for those who want to continue to Johor or Singapore (tickets can only be purchased online redbus. My), you can get on from the bus stop right in front of the hotel (when buying tickets, choose hatten square). So we who continue the trip to Johor don't need to go to the Melaka Sentral terminal, just wait at the hotel. Estadia will always be our choice.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

stayed in Estadia for a medical trip. but somehow the plan changed. requested 1 night refund, but the hotel staff and Traveloka Customer Service was inefficient and not helpful at all. comparing to other hotel staff and other app, this hotel and this app is the worst.

When we checked in later than other hotels, at 3:00 PM, we encountered slow, slow-acting staff. Every time we checked in, we had to ask our superiors first. They gave us the wrong room type twice, so we had to go up and down to exchange the keys.

love our stay here..the room was nice though a bit cramp to solat cause of big 2 single beds..complete with iron, heater, hair dryer ..the staffs very helpful..walking distance to mahkota parade and dataran pahlawan..near to laundry, cafe and 7e .basically you can get almost everything near the hotel..
