there is a problem of stagnant water in the bathroom, air con is leaking

Very friendly receptionist, easy to park the car, cleanliness of the room is not bad.

No problem with the staff but room cleanliness very unsatisfying expecially toilet and room floor not vacuum.

The staff were nice and friendly. The meal preparation of the sahur was also delivered to the room by the hotel staff. Excellent service for customer convenience. This not only gives customers satisfaction but also makes customers more loyal to Greenlast.

Extremely satisfying service at the front desk is so friendly, adjacent to the business center and customer friendly.

Spacious room, reasonable price

Enjoyed our stay. The family room was huge. Room was separated into 2. 2 Queen beds in one room, 1 single bed and one sofa (could be sofa bed) in the ballroom, TV, fridge and ample space for my kids to run around. Only thing I was unhappy about was that breakfast had run out by 9am, they were almost on full capacity, but that's no excuse for not estimating food, anyhow, they did service recovery and refunded a decent amount during checkout, which was unexpected. I would assume this hotel has been around for a while, but the rooms were clean and air-conditioning was cold. Adequate parking bays also available for those with cars. And the staff were polite whenever I encountered them. On top of it all, the app's voucher was a bonus.

Baru check in, kotor! rambut bersepah! Bilik mandi kotor. Booking kn utk my mom and dad. Sangat kecewa. I told my mom to ask about that to receptionist clean up or change the room! 🙄

The room is not privacy, the fart can be heard, the toilet door is locked.

Very noisy at night. Not very privacy. The door lock not look very safe. But the breakfast is quite awesome.

Comfortable spacious room, cool aircond, clean blanket bed, strategic hotel position. Friendly & prompt service by frontdesk staff. But there are traces of cigarettes outside the veranda and on the carpet. There is stain on the couch. Breakfast is less appetizing.
