The owner of Gercep Apartment is also responsive. It's true that the hot water sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, but don't worry if the hot water doesn't turn on, just let the water come out, then turn off the hot water contact, then turn it on again, then tap the contact, the water will heat up by itself 🤭, if it happens again, repeat the same method 🤭. This location is quite good because it faces the sea so you can see the sea view. It's just that this location is a bit difficult to find food. If you want to eat, you can walk towards the sea to Northam Beach Cafe, but it seems like it only opens at night and you can also walk to the right of the hotel along the seafront towards Gurney Plaza (approximately 15 minutes). Well, along this road there are also food stalls (cafes). If you want to find more food, you can walk about 30 minutes to the left of the hotel (around Red Rock Hotel) or you can take a Grab for about RM6.00 (5 minutes) to get there and along the road there are lots of food choices or you can also take a Grab to Tune Hotel because there are also lots of food and a food court there.

In your description on the bed layout, it was stated as 2 single beds and 2 queen beds. But when we checked in, there was only 1 single bed with pull out mattress that sank badly and 1 queen bed. It was indicated for 6 guests that's why I booked it but at best it can only accommodate 4 pax. Near the single bed, infested with ants. Found tiny cockroaches near sink. Shower area drainage is likely choked, water goes down so slowly. Leaking pipes at toilet bowl. Informed the person who passed us the key for 13A-06. It was an unpleasant stay for us.

I stay at two BR which interior is not properly arranged. Just like all furniture put into the room forcefully. The AC in one of the room wasn’t working; so I had a sleepless nite. The receptionists downstairs arent helpful. They don’t have any info about the rented rooms, so we have to make a call to ask which floor to the agent. Wifi is only on in the room only. When we’re in the lobby, there’s no wifi. We need to buy local ph no with wifi or we cant call Grab. If I have other choices, I won't stay at this place anymore.

The apartment was good but unfortunately for lack of cleanliness, especially in the bed linen, blankets & pillowcases, the bath towels seemed not to be replaced. Because pillowcases & towels smell musty as used by previous tenants. Disappointed 🤕

Notice the building with Starbucks on top. This building is the accommodation. The accommodation is condo. Check-in must be done by contacting the room owner by the number listed on the document. There will be a key deposit. And able to put that key up to the parking lot The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow but convenient. Park the car and drag the luggage up the elevator straight away. In the room, there are 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 2 air conditioners, 2 fans in total. The room is not narrow and not too wide. 4 adults sleep comfortably. Room cleanliness is OK. There is a kettle device. Necessary kitchen utensils There is a refrigerator but no drinking water is provided. The bathroom is wide. There is a washing machine. Clothes rack inside the bathroom Shower zone with hot shower There is a curtain rail but there is no shower curtain. Causing the water to splash out around In the bathroom, only shower cream is provided. Towels look old, not used. All in all, if staying here, prepare some personal items to be ready. Overall is OK.

Traveloka policy?: In Traveloka it stated 1 double bed and 2 single bed. However, It turn out to be 3 single bed. We call the person in charge and they inform us it is agent policy to put it 1 double bed and 2 single bed even though it’s just 3 single beds. Problem solved when they provide us with extra mattress. Cleanliness: Not so clean. There’s hair and dust under the bed when we pull out the pull out bed. Tv reception: poor tv reception Parking: We arrived at the homestay around 11-ish pm the next day and our parking has been use by other car. Unfortunately we unable to reach the person in charge. Public parking is not available and we did not dare to park at others tenant car park as it is clamping area. We reported to the security guard that our parking has been taken by other people and apparently he don’t seem to even care? After a short ‘arguement’ with the security guard, he let us park at other parking area. Took us nearly 30minutes just to solve the parking issue. Location: Location was perfect. Nearby to malls and eateries.

This hotel is full of con artists ... my belongings were deposited and lost. managers like syndicates who deliberately cheat ... unfriendly ... rooms don't want to be cleaned ... especially Indonesian people don't ever stay here ... arrive at the hotel because I haven't been able to check my stuff left in another room that is inhabited ... I originally thought the occupants were employees but the occupants were tenants too ... obviously the items were gone ... very bad ... be careful ... to be careful ...
