The operations manager , Sivan , was extremely helpful in extending the booking as a hilton honors member for long stay whilst the reception staff were poor

Communication between department can be improved and cleanliness too.

We quickly booked the Hilton after a bad experience at another location and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The staff were so helpful, happy and just made a stressful time easy and pleasant. The room was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom. We were sad to leave. Thank y oh for an amazing stay and making our holiday so good!

It was a very pleasant stay. the checking in and check out process was swift and painless. The only issue I had was with my parcel that I had left at concierge. I requested for the 2 concierge staff to help me tie it up in order to make it easier to check in at airport. When I returned at night to go to airport, the parcel was very poorly tied up with tiny pieces of cotton strings attached together. It was too late to remedy the situation. My past experience with them had always been pleasant, this time round was a surprise,

Even is a little but old, is still fine to have stay there. Only the difficulty I faced during the stay is limited number of lift due to maintenance. I need to wait for 10min to get down to the lobby.

Used to be our regular go to for many past years. First time return after the makeover. Loved to freshness, light and air feeling. Enjoyed our stay. Hope the carpark entry can improve - too narrow to manoeuvre the car

Stay was good except for a couple of 3 pins plugs were not working.

my favourite hotel

I love the service received from the front desk to the housekeeping staffs.The restaurant staffs made me and my mother feels like the hotel is a home away from home and felt welcome. Breakfast buffet is nice and the swimming pool is awesome!!

Great place must visit

Room was comfortable and hotel was in a good area easily accessible to town for work.

Overall, a great stay and value for money. Just some notes to look into. Parts of the hotel is still undergoing reno but most of it is done. The gym is awesome although there are several dead wifi spots in the gym, eg at all the treadmills area and so u wont’ be able to tune in to your earphones/radio while using the treadmill (similar in the weights section). Airflow seems to still be a problem. Some parts of the gym is HOT, eg treadmill area. The shower area is great, however last cubicle has a drainage problem, water will not flow/clogged in the stall, and the other cubicle, the shower head is broken. A real pity, cos it looks like a very newly renovated gym space and if not taken care of or if the build quality is an issue, then the property will very quickly deteriorate. Great sauna & steam! Lounge access was great and friendly. I had a super pet peeve when my key access was a problem on checkout day itself before noon and I was unable to get back into my room. I’ve arranged for late check out during my check in so unsure whether it is a key problem or a system issue and it is ALWAYS frustrating to be locked out and having to go to the front desk to “beg” for access back. Also even if there was no late check-out activated yet (which is already unforgivable), it was before noon and also not official check-out time as yet (double unforgivable)! Pool and its surroundings were super pleasant and very well-kept, including the sanitary facilities.
