Me & my friend lost our jacket. We just leave our luggage & jacket (inside paper bag) infront of receptionist, because we want buy something near hotel. So we tell the mr who work there to take care of our stuff. When we back to hotel again, we’re in hurry to go to airport. So we don’t really check & remember our stuff (we have 4 luggage & 2 paper bag). So, long story short, I just remember that we didn’t bring our jacket. So I call the hotel again. And he said, nothing left there. That’s just disappointing.

The Room just same as per picture and The room has enough facilities. Nice place for stay. Highly recommended.

the hotel is nice, clean, and neat, the room was not that small, the bed was comfort and the toilet and tv worked, and the price was not too expensive for a backpacker

Very nice, the room is ok, not that small and it was clean, the receptionist is hospitable too, I will stay at here again if I come back to KL

I like it, it's clean, good hospitality of staff, and very near go to around bukit bintang, but the most important is not noisy like the other hotel at bukit bintang

the rooms are clean, the ac is quite good, the service is good but the towels are dull, breakfast cannot take itself

The room is quite small but acceptable when we just need a place to sleep. The staff are nice and provide us what we need. Free breakfast is the same for everyday. Therefore we try food nearby and it's a very good surrounding.
