I found ants, termites and rodents in the bedroom. The sheets are also not clean. I think the tenant should update the picture and description because it was totally different.

Dear Guest, Appreciated feedback and photos. If the guest could trigger us, we could arrange for another room for the stay. The interesting part is, that the guest has asked for a refund after staying overnight and the intention of this feedback is rather confusing. Nevertheless, we have taken action and the termites have been removed.

Check in was OK with RM50 deposit. Check out smooth and easy. Waiting area big and cozy. Staff very helpful.

The staff don't have manner and not giving a good service. The television don't have a signal and they said under maintenance. And they not do their job properly.
