His place is in the shop area. So parking is a little hard to find. That day, there was no water at 6:00 in the morning, so we were given an alternative to another room to shower. The food is very organized and tasty. The staff is also very good even though there are a few problems related to water.

Room and toilet was not clean. Bed was dusty and affected my skin, it started becoming red. Toilet was dirty. No shower gel provided. It made us feel uncomfortable staying there. The basics for a hotel is for it to at least be clean, but even this was not achieved.

First check in and check out by machine and deposit RM53 inc tax use online only which is no mention at any page. Second don't have any soap, shampoo, hairdryer in room. Only have iron which is shared with all at outside. Anything else was okay. Btw tak seram hotel ni, calm jek.

The apartment elevator is broken..that we have to go up the stairs to get the ladder down with the little kids..with the xde lights so it's not fun to walk because we thought we were going up the stairs ... we rented 3days 2 nights ... last day wanted to ask for help staff to drop something because the elevator was broken and no one told me ... wait 10 minutes to see the elevator is ok .. go off switch lift ??? don't know last breakfast at what time n breakfast burn mcm tu je ... slow to wait for the elevator ... to say no to breakfast..it's not going to go to the hotel ... the rooftop apartment is leaking & when the rain water overflows in the living room..poor service..for complaint at reception the elevator can recover say don't know the elevator is broken ...

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, room smell wet and musky, bed linens were stained, room was dusty and when the next door room showers the sounds of water gushing out of the pipes is so loud.
