Hotel Kenangan

Excellent 👍🏼.. Very spacious hotel

The hotel is located right in the middle of Kuala Terengganu city, I booked a room with a queen bed, the room is very spacious and has a bathtub (but the bathtub doesn't have a sink cover) .. satisfied .. I can book again at Hotel Kenangan later

Although it is a 2 star hotel, the rooms are worth the price and the staff are good. Clean and there are facilities close to the hotel. Only parking is a little difficult because it is in the city.

Stayed at this hotel twice. The hotel staff service was very good. There was no downstairs. Everyone had to go up the stairs. The first time staying in family room no. 103 on the 1st floor. The room was a bit dull but clean. There was a closet, prayer mat, bath towels, bath soap, drinking water & tissues provided. Clean water. The second time family room no. 204. The room and bathroom were clean. It was very comfortable this time but there was no closet, water heater provided. The room was on the 2nd floor. It was tiring to go up the stairs because the elevator was broken. I hope the hotel can fix the elevator for the convenience of the guests. I have booked a family room for the 3rd time. I hope it is better than the first & 2nd time.

The staff is okay, only the fan is broken, the TV doesn't give a remote, even after asking they just said there is no remote. After that, what is the TV for?. And then there are bed bugs on the mattress, ewwww.

The room is quite large, the aircon is okay, the bathroom has no problems but there is also something that I feel is not comfortable, namely after taking a shower, the waterproofing may not be good, causing water to seep into the room. Although not much, it is quite annoying. If the management can solve this problem, this hotel with a strategic location is the best.

The elevator needs to be repaired. The elderly are unable to use the stairs.

Location is good and the room is clean.

For me, the prices did not fit with the services provided. Maybe can reduce price or change bed for new one.

Be prepared to pay for additional parking fees of rm 12 due to hotel doesn't have its own parking as what is stated in the apps.

Strategic location, clean and spacious room... really worth it!

The room is spacious and comfortable but a bit dusty. Bath towels have rust and shower curtains. Everything else is fine

Not so good but not so bad. Suitable for budget hotels.

receptionist was not helping at all. 1st room was too scary all old furniture. fan are not functioning then I request another room. yet having problem blackout suddenly once I switch on the water heater. overall this is the worst experience ever for me and my family☹️

There's a ghost in the room 215 😭

Rooms ok ok jer, the aircond sounded a bit noisy, the toilet water was yellow except the shower water.

Floors are not wiped clean, bathroom n toilet is also not clean, lift is involved, lift lobby is hot because outdoor acond is placed outside room @ lift lobby channel TV is only one watchable.

Very reasonable price. Located in the middle of Kuala Terengganu in front of Maybank and beside AmBank. A bit hard to find as the road is one way and Google Maps direction not updated. Hotel does not provide parkings. Receptionist not friendly. The curtains are dusty. Water only provided at the lobby as there is no kettle in the room. Environment a bit noisy.

It's ok. Suitable with the price.
