We enjoyed our stay in iStay. Their hospitality is remarkable. The location is superb, especially for culinary experiences. Some hospitals can be reached within 15-20 minutes by walking or around five minutes using car. The TV channels are good and can be connected to YouTube and Netflix.

All guests are obliged to below terms & conditions once your booking is confirmed. i. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. ii. All special request such as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is not guaranteed and strongly subject to hotel’s availability. iii. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to hotel availability. iv. A pleasant lobby with a Chinese Peranakan atmosphere, suitable for working. The room is comfortable, more than adequate for many outdoor activities. The bathroom is a bit small, but the hot water and shower are good. There is a bidet available, although it uses a hose. The hotel provides coin laundry facilities (also available for public use) and is within walking distance to many Penang culinary destinations, with 100 Penang Fast Food being our favorite.

first time stay here for 2 nights. the location is near from Loh Guan Lye hospitals. and hotel surrounded by a lots of streets foods. the staff were friendly. definitely will stay here if I come back to Penang.

It would be much more helpful if the hotel had an elevator to the second floor. Hair dryers, soap, and shower caps are provided. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to convenience stores and a food court. A self-service laundry facility is under construction next to the hotel lobby.

The place is okay, everything is close. Finding anything to eat is not difficult. If you want to eat durian, it is also close. The location is close to 2 fast food like buffet. To Loh Guan Lye and Island hospitals are also still within walking distance. To Gurney Plaza is around 6-7RM by Grab.

Will be back for sure 🥹🫶. I stay near Ms. Food court, near Nasi Lemak Wak Zee, breakfast food, Zus Coffee, near mall, near supermarket, near gas station. I loved it! Bathroom super clean, bedroom spacious, with affordable price. Thank you I stay 🫶
