As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

• Covered self parking fee: MYR 50 per stay
• Late check-in fee: 25-percent of room rate for check-in between midnight and 8:00 AM

Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 9:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with special check-in instructions and smart lock details. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's Google Chrome mobile app before check-in.
