As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Guests must transfer to the property via boat and shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property provides private boat transfers to the resort. Departure time from JSK Rampayan Jetty in Kota Belud to the resort is 2:15 PM daily. Departure time from the resort to JSK Rampayan Jetty is 12:30 PM daily. Boat transfers are approximately 45 minutes in duration.<strong></strong>
