Everything is perfect from the beginning. Nice and helpful staff starting from the bellboy to the receptionist. The room is bigger for 2 people, like a studio unit minus the washing machine. Everything is clean. Will stay again next time.

Highly recommended where my sister left her wallet in the room and my sister has returned to Indonesia, they kept the wallet until my sister asked, they were even willing to send it to Indonesia, very helpful and the location is very close to Alor and close to everywhere, becoming one of the destination hotels to return to if you go to Kuala Lumpur, very professional and friendly and uniquely the hotel already uses robots when we order toothbrushes that come are robots, very amazing for children 😍 must stay at this hotel.

The place is managed by a friendly and helpful agent—thanks, Qasim! 🙌 Lobby staff don’t usually take luggage after check-out, but they helped us for 50 Ringgit (5 suitcases). Since our flight was late, it was worth it. Overall, the studio was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials. 👍

The room was a bit small but clean, and you can ask for a make-up room and they’ll refill all your necessities also. The hotel's location is very strategic and easy to access and find. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. There is a 50 Ringgit deposit. Wi-Fi is quite fast. The room is quite clean. Hot water works normally. Towels are provided for 2 pax. The TV works normally, and it turns out the smart TV allows you to watch YouTube (premium too). After checking out, you can leave your luggage for free in the lobby. There are hot and regular water dispensers, which is quite helpful. Next to the hotel there are many restaurants and it is very close to Jalan Alor.

It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay! The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area. Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

Hotel Imperial Bukit Bintang

The receptionist gave me the room early, that's great, thank you so much. The location is superb in Bukit Bintang, very close to Alor street, Pavilion, monorel station, MRT, foods, etc. Mon Chinese Bread is just in front of the hotel. There's live music near the hotel at night. The room was great, spacious, clean, quiet, with complete amenities and a hairdryer too. There's an iron in the corner. There's "nasi lemak Alor corner" in the morning in front of the hotel.
