It's on the beach about 15 km south of Kota Kinabalu. It is on a busy road, but it is set back from the road so it is quiet. It is friendly, peaceful, has a beach cleaned of plastic trash, with great views of the S. China Sea. It has 2 nice swimming pools. The food is good.

So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking.

Toilet run dn n v small. Enuf for 1 person at a time. Tv images not sharp. In room tel not workg. Didnt gv me the wifibp/w at check in. Bf basic. Barely any food at 9.35am. No more fruit. No top up either.
