Great experience as always. Already a regular here in One Pacific, so apologies for no photos. Comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, close to Island Hospital. Well-maintained furniture, strong water shower, with hot and cold water.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the hotel ambience was great and relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is quite strategic, being close to a hospital and within walking distance of a nasi kandar restaurant. You can also order food via Grab. I am definitely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.

I spent 3 nights here and the service is very good. The room is clean and spacious yet the towels cleanliness need to be improved. The hotel location is just across the Loh Guan Lye hospital and it is quite near to some small restaurants. Whenever I need to go to Loh Guan Lye hospital, I will stay here again.

General Check-in Instructions

A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. Hotel converted into Smoke-Free premise from April 2017. Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel premises (room, lobby, cafe, function room, etc). Alternatively, a designated smoking area will be provided in front of the hotel for smoking guests. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card/cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special requests such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room, etc., are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guaranteed. You are encouraged to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. Hotel may charge you an additional fee of MYR 100.00nett for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Child below 6 years old is allowed to stay with parents existing bed with no additional amenities provided. Child 7 years old and above, an extra bed its required. An extra bed is available at an additional charge, and it comes with amenities for an extra person. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

We were satisfied during our stay at the One Pacific Hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and everything went smoothly. The hotel type is a bit older but it didn't reduce our comfort during our stay here. The bathroom is bright, this is important for us who brought parents. We booked 3 rooms, and all rooms were at the back number 01 at the end near the elevator, the rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The breakfast was standard but still delicious. The receptionist was friendly when we had questions, and the staff at the dining area were also friendly and patient when serving guests who were queuing for coffee. We recommend this hotel, if anyone wants to come to Penang either for vacation or medical needs.

I stayed at the Pacific Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. It's very close to Island Hospital, just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient for appointments or hospital visits. The room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size. Basic amenities were complete, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, and all requests were promptly addressed. Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you need comfortable accommodations near Island Hospital. Recommended!

Good place to stay if you want to go hospital Loh Guan Lye. Clean, comfy, and nice staff friendliness. Next to it got restaurant but closed at evening. But no worries, you walk around 500m and will get so many food stalls. Also got 7 eleven and wellings in the apartment area.

I chose One Pacific Hotel because it is close to Loh Guan Lye Hospital, just cross the street. One Pacific Hotel, the price is so-so for standard size, the room is spacious, clean, the AC is cold, and the atmosphere is calm, not noisy, the staff is friendly, willing to help if we have problems. In addition, access to restaurants, cafes, minimarkets, Big Pharmacy (just cross the street), Jion Pharmacy can be walked because it is next to the One Pacific Hotel. If you want to find a cafe/restaurant/food court, you can walk ± 400 meters, I count it as exercise. If you want to find a restaurant a little further from the One Pacific Hotel, you can take a Grab also cheap fare at most RM 5 - 8RM (depending on the hours of operation as well). There's an addition, for those who are lazy to go far to find a restaurant, next to the One Pacific hotel there is a Roasted chicken and Duck restaurant, open from 9 am to 4 pm, those who want to eat get ready to queue...the taste is yuummmyy, there is also a Hin Leong food & coffee shop about 100 meters away across the One Pacific Hotel. Hopefully my review can help friends who want to find a hotel in Penang especially those who want to seek treatment at Loh Guan Lye Hospital 😊🙏

Best place if you want to go to Loh Guan Lye Hospital or Island Hospital, they’re within walking distances. There’s 7/11 and Wellings beside the hotel lobby. And also beside the hotel, there’s 2 Roasted Chicken and Duck Kedai Makanan (one is more famous, but both are great).

We went to Penang for a medical check-up. Thankfully, we found a hotel that met our needs. It's strategically located right in front of LGL Hospital and Island Hospital, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel building isn't too big, so we didn't have to walk far to get to the main road. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and had complete amenities. There's a 24-hour 7 Elements minimart and a pharmacy downstairs. Mineral water is provided in the lobby for just 1 ringgit. There's also a wide selection of halal food around the hotel.
