Great location, spacious hotel. TV needs upgrading. Seems a bit too old and small for the spacious room. Caninet where they put fridge may need regular maintenance because making creaky sound. But i love the hotel overall. Been here few times.

A spacy room with little toiletries equivalent for three stars hotel, the bed is comfortable but the towels are quite hard. The tv is quite old with buzzling sound . The restaurant is big with varities of food BUT need to improve for the cleanliness many flies around especially at raw food corner . They should put flies trap and cover the food. Otherwise it is excellent . The staff are friendly and helpful

We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling.

Overall a great place to stay as the bed was comfortable and my room had a fantastic view of the sea, the busy River, golf course n city. However, I had to have my quilt changed as it was worn out. They should also change 2 of their squarish pillows as they’re just as worn out. Oh yes, the room door needs to be adjusted as I had to pull it hard to close with a bang. Compliments to all the service staff who were very helpful and cheerful.
