Very spacious room, large balcony to sit in and enjoy the wind and sea view. Bathroom amenities are basic (towel, toothbrush set, shower gel & shampoo). No complimentary beverage, just bottled water. Ample car park but not free even for in-house guests: RM24 per day, RM3 per hour, and RM1 for subsequent hours (first 15 minutes free).

I had a pleasant stay at your resort but slightly disappointed with the amenities in the hotel. The beach view from my room was fantastic. However, bar was not open for business during my stay, the water boiler had rust in them, TV channels are limited and remote control difficult to operate. Your resort staff are friendly and did their best to send toothbrushes to our room and change the boiler for us. My wife and I toured around the ground level and basement around 4pm, didn’t see cafe open for business. What attracts me to your resort is the vibe from people eating in cafe and also people swimming, surrounded by trees and sandy beaches. I saw what used to be a vibrant place became a barren piece of land. More improvement on this suggested.

The hotel is quite run down but the room is clean, especially the bathroom. The parking is horrible, not enough parking space for hotel guests. The staff are super friendly, the complimentary Indian breakfast was so good. Thanks to the hotel for their service. At night we enjoyed the fire presentation by the sea and the restaurant staff is also very friendly and helpful. Overall stay is good, price is reasonable, can't expect too much.

The hotel has three elevators, but only one was functioning during my stay. As a result, the waiting time to go up or down was about 30 to 40 minutes each time. This was extremely inconvenient, especially for me as I was travelling with a baby. On top of that, the lobby area had no air conditioning or fans, making it very uncomfortable while waiting. I came here hoping to relax and unwind, but unfortunately, the experience ended up being more stressful than expected. I really hope the management will take steps to improve these issues.

Even though it's a private beach, there is no need of loud speaker boomboom seems like you are in the pub. Not all people like such noise music if all you need is the sound of the beach wave itself. You put loud speaker there? You must be loosing a point! Room just next to the lift. You can't even take a deep sleep with the lift keep ups and downs. Some more your guys doing drillings and what not nearby. Unless your team reply to me with forgiveness, I will keep extend my frustrations disappointment to all people I know.

The hotel of choice for families when going to Penang is the main reason for the view.. just basic breakfast every day the same. Fried vermicelli, nasi lemak salad, cococrunch and milk, hotdog, baked bean, croissant bread, fried potatoes, cut vegetables, fried cabbage but strangely the color of the cabbage is bad, black. Scrambled eggs and omelets are delicious as usual because they are my favorites. Hot drinks are ok because I use a machine, there is a cuppicino americano, caffe latte tea and red guava juice. Bathing on the beach is not my choice to enjoy the view, it is okay because if you want to bathe near the temple and there are many dogs, so it feels unsafe and not very clean. The hotel pool is okay, although it is small, but it is deep and shallow and also dim, not hot even when there is sun because it is protected by the hotel building and trees.
