The staff were super friendly and nice. But unfortunately the room was the exact opposite! I was too tired to argue with them so I just put up with their room without any hotel amenities as a 3 star hotel really should have . At night the lift couldn't go down to the ground floor and I was stranded on the 4th floor. Quite disappointed and the tv was not clear and I can still hear the sound of people having a crazy time next door because their bed is pounding on our shared wall.

I checked in early and after entering at 2 pm the lights went out and the handlers were slow and there was no technical preparation. So the electricity is long enough to turn on. Can't use the elevator so we go down the stairs from the 5th floor

Book with breakfast but until then say no breakfast. I want refund the different sum. Others, the room was a bit smelly. Sheets and pillows also smelled. Towels have strands of hair. The toilet needs to be repaired again. It just with that price we dont have to expect much. Understand that in this pandemic season, many staff resign and when the staff operation is possible, there are not enough so many are lacking. The others can close their eyes just to return the money that different sum only because they don't have breakfast. Although not much but thats my money. Other than that, the staff there is very, very nice. Friendly and smiling only. Whether receptionist, guard or maintainence guy, all good. Am i will repeat again? Maybe, if they improve which one is less.
