Interesting place, relaxing and cool.. The room is spacious, has access to the rooftop, there is a beautiful OOTD place. It's really fun to bring the kids here, the swimming pool has a jacuzzi and the best thing is the water is warm..

Heading to Signata Hotel, we paid 30 MYR by taxi from Mall Resort Genting. The hotel is located in the same area as Ion Delemen.
The room was clean, large, and tidy. Batik ornaments adorned the comfortable bed. A batik fan was a gift to take home.
Mr. Zaenal and Ms. Zahra, who worked at the front desk, were very friendly and guided us through some of the hotel's facilities.
Mr. Farhan, who worked at the F&B department, was also very friendly.
I recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Genting Highlands.

Big and clean room, staff Kak Anisha (Aisha) and Kak Zainal are really helpful. I left some stuff in the room, while we were already traveling to KL and the hotel staff was very helpful in sending our stuff to KL. Highly recommended for families who will stay in Genting.

I recently stayed at Signata Genting Hotel and was impressed with its beautiful design. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Junior Suite, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread was okay, though it was quite crowded - it's shared with guests from the Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel. Facilities like the swimming pool and kids pool are also shared with Wyndham guests. One thing to keep in mind is that access to the rooftop requires an additional ticket, which might be a bit of a letdown for some. Overall, a nice stay with some perks, but a few things to consider for future visitors." 🌟🏨

Overall hotel is good. Nothing too much to be complained. But there is this very bad stench smell from our toilet. Hotel should take note of this.

Had a pleasant stay here with the family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but was so crowded during weekends. Pool facilities was good except for the kids pool with slide. The water was super cold and none of my children could bare the cold even we had to pay RM20 (comes with drink & snacks which I thought its was okay). I also had a spa session and was really good. Ask for Ayemo. However, dinner at the hotel was a bit hard as well because there were many people during the weekends. We had a long wait for the pizza and thank god the pizza was good! I also find that a 2 bedroom with 1 sharing bathroom was a little crowded. We had to time and limit our time in the bathroom. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. A cold weather was what we wanted during our stay in Genting Highlands. And dont forget to park the car at M3 for direct access to the Lobby at level 12.

When we first arrived, we were a bit confused by the location. It turns out it's in the same building as Wyndham. Perhaps in the future, clearer directions and signage could be provided so first-timers like us wouldn't be confused. We could also activate the phone. We were a bit confused when we wanted to call the staff, but the phone didn't work; we could only use WhatsApp. It's a bit confusing for seniors. Luckily, the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

I recently stayed at Signata Genting Hotel and was impressed with its beautiful design. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Junior Suite, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread was okay, though it was quite crowded - it's shared with guests from the Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel. Facilities like the swimming pool and kids pool are also shared with Wyndham guests. One thing to keep in mind is that access to the rooftop requires an additional ticket, which might be a bit of a letdown for some. Overall, a nice stay with some perks, but a few things to consider for future visitors." 🌟🏨

Overall hotel is good. Nothing too much to be complained. But there is this very bad stench smell from our toilet. Hotel should take note of this.

Interesting place, relaxing and cool.. The room is spacious, has access to the rooftop, there is a beautiful OOTD place. It's really fun to bring the kids here, the swimming pool has a jacuzzi and the best thing is the water is warm..

Had a pleasant stay here with the family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but was so crowded during weekends. Pool facilities was good except for the kids pool with slide. The water was super cold and none of my children could bare the cold even we had to pay RM20 (comes with drink & snacks which I thought its was okay). I also had a spa session and was really good. Ask for Ayemo. However, dinner at the hotel was a bit hard as well because there were many people during the weekends. We had a long wait for the pizza and thank god the pizza was good! I also find that a 2 bedroom with 1 sharing bathroom was a little crowded. We had to time and limit our time in the bathroom. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. A cold weather was what we wanted during our stay in Genting Highlands. And dont forget to park the car at M3 for direct access to the Lobby at level 12.

When we first arrived, we were a bit confused by the location. It turns out it's in the same building as Wyndham. Perhaps in the future, clearer directions and signage could be provided so first-timers like us wouldn't be confused. We could also activate the phone. We were a bit confused when we wanted to call the staff, but the phone didn't work; we could only use WhatsApp. It's a bit confusing for seniors. Luckily, the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

Heading to Signata Hotel, we paid 30 MYR by taxi from Mall Resort Genting. The hotel is located in the same area as Ion Delemen.
The room was clean, large, and tidy. Batik ornaments adorned the comfortable bed. A batik fan was a gift to take home.
Mr. Zaenal and Ms. Zahra, who worked at the front desk, were very friendly and guided us through some of the hotel's facilities.
Mr. Farhan, who worked at the F&B department, was also very friendly.
I recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Genting Highlands.
