Smart Boutique Hotel

The pillows are not clean, have bad smell and not any amenities in WC. We had the receptionist to change pillows' covers 2 time but nothing been done until we lelf. Her attitude is not nice, no smile at all and the manager (man) as well, he looked always be in angry (!?) We have been really felt bad!

It's worth the price. Very satisfied. Suitable for families too. Close to the chow kit market. Near the shell gas station. It's just a parking problem. The other one is good. The eatery, the convenience store is close by.

The hotel facilities are not worthy of being called hotels, with blurry conditions (too stingy with lights, the lights in the rooms are broken but not replaced, so the rooms are dimly lit) The pillows smell bad, the TV is broken, I complained repeatedly but ignored , he said, wanting to be improved, but until I returned home, the TV was still in a damaged condition. It is recommended to change rooms, but I do not want to because I have to pick up my luggage, what else do I go to family groups, I book 4 rooms, I do not want to be far from my children's room, I often go to Malaysia at hotel prices the same but the facilities are okay, usually some hotels there can get water in the room and a water heater for tea and coffee, there are even some who provide coffee and tea cups in the room, this is only 1 dispenser at the end of the room for all guests , worn towels are not suitable for body towels, yes like the pictures that I have uploaded are proofs of my family and my discomfort at this hotel while on vacation. Really new this time I was disappointed to stay at a hotel in Malaysia 🙏

For rooms not according to photos. The room was really dirty and musty smell. On the bed and on the floor there are lots of hair, dust and sand. I do not recommend sleeping in this hotel for any reason because it is very, very disappointing. The condition of the room is less light and very yellow. There is a TV but it can't be used because the socket is removed and no remote has asked the receptionist for help but there is no response. The hotel applies a deposit of 50 ringgit and a tax of 10 ringgit per night per room even though at check-out at the note there is no information about taxis if. And this hotel cannot accept payment using a card which is very unfortunate for tourist. This hotel also does not provide bottled mineral water so we have to buy it ourselves. For the water heater, it also can't be used. I went down repeatedly asking the receptionist but there was no response. When I want to check out, the water heater has its own socket. Unfortunately the receptionist didn't even speak Malay and there was no local person for the receptionist. For the English receptionist it is a bit different because all the employees are from India. The location is good because it is rather in the middle of the city and in front of the hotel there is a bus terminal. Unfortunately this terminal actually covers the hotel and the name of the hotel is closed so we must be careful to look for this hotel. In this hotel, the socket has a swivel on off button, so once we use the travel adapter, it is rather difficult because we often push it off. The hotel really isn't a recommendation in any case. Think back to booking this hotel. Especially if traveling with family.

My family and I booked this hotel for an overnight stay in Malaysia. The facilities looked exactly as they did in the photos online and there were no disappointments in this area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, fluent in English and ready to assist in any way if needed. We arrived close to Eid in which there was a daily market set up directly outside the hotel, which made getting into the hotel a bit more challenging than usual, but it wasn't anything overly difficult. Also, this is not the norm as usually the sidewalks are clear. This hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to all kinds of conveniences and amenities. The cost of the hotel was very affordable and I would recommend this for backpackers and anyone else looking for either a budget-friendly hotel or one which allows them to experience the heart of the Malaysian capital.
