Crocroach near bed, found use men socks behind windows curtains, broken head board, water heater not heat. Have no idea, still posted 4star. Definitely not recommended, not believe? Then try book it.

The first morning I checked into this hotel..the hotel environment was ok..just the elevator was hot, no aircon and the push button to open it was broken. The water filter outside the room was broken. When I entered the room, I couldn't get in with the card to switch on the aircon and the lights, I had to go to the counter to let them know and wait for the technician to come in 5 minutes..the TV table was wet, not wiped dry, the sheets were not clean, there were dirty rust stains..the wooden walls were torn, there was no closet to put clothes in.

He said he came at 4:00 pm and the room was full, many queued to enter the room, some had been waiting since 3:30 pm, the reason was that the room was full, there were customers who wanted to extend the time, they had to wait until 6 pm, they still couldn't get in, we went out first and searched. surau, at 10.30pm I was only able to enter the room, the bathroom was really dirty, clogged and smelly, but I still slept there, because I was tired, we already checked out early in the morning, I couldn't stand it, the service was really bad. I'm not sure if it's the same day or the other days, one more worker at the counter is enough, we don't have enough workers to clean the room.

Overall stay 3/5 ⭐. Check in on Sat evening, only 2 trainee attending guest at reception counter. Check in process took about 15 mins due to waiting. RM50 returnable deposit + RM2 heritage fee. Hotel equipped with dining space and separate bar. Pool for kids. Room space ia fair with the price. However, cleanliness can be better. We found 4 dead mini cockroaches on floor in between bed. Bathroom size is fair, clogged sink bowl and dirt all over shower glass door. Provided with 1 soap + mini bottle shampoo. Towel looks old and overly used, best to get it replace sooner as it has became rough and greyish. 2 coffee sachet, 2 mugs and 1 electric kettle provided next to TV. Mattress and pillows however not too bad, it is comfort and good. We have card access issue on next morning before 11am after came back from breakfast. Access card denied, even after we have went down and reported to in charge. For 2nd round, we have called from other vacant room and kudos, staff came up with spare card less than 5mins after 2nd report made. Location wise is nice. Not in front of main road, close to town and many eateries. Thank you.

The check-in process takes up to 45 minutes, understaffed, administration is slow, how to sign, have to pay tax again, while the general government tax is free, when I ask the staff, no satisfaction answer, air conditioner is noisy, toilet is dirty, the floor is crusty, the elevator is the same, I want to check out and ask for a bill from the staff, the process is slow. It's strange that it should be mandatory for every customer who comes, I just asked to do it. The best thing is that there is only a swimming pool for children. Overall frustrating..
