I had a wonderful stay at The Renai Hotel Kota Bharu. The location is very strategic, right in the heart of the city. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of KB. Easy access to main road & city centre. The hotel quite old & need to refurbish especially the sauna room need to repair, steam room not functioning, jacuzzi not functioning, public toilet at L8 damage. A lot of work can do to make it better.

Really like the location. Even though the main door is under renovation, it is still easy to access. The staff is also helpful, there are many elevators so traffic is still smooth even though there were many events during my stay.

We chose the Executive Twin Bedroom. The twin bed could accommodate our family of 5 (3 underage kids) fairly comfortably. The bed and pillows were comfy. Good lighting. Spacious room. Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Nice hot and cold water. We just stayed in the room the whole day because we were not feeling very well, and we made the right decision staying at this hotel. Breakfast was also good in terms of variety and taste. We also decided to extend another night, so we booked another night separately right after through the app.
