As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. In addition, we will collect a Security Deposit of RM200 / Pet Deposit of RM200 (if available) before you check in with us and will refund to you when check out.

Have stayed here many times and it's always been a pleasure, especially the staff named Syaz, who is very friendly and very helpful to us, thank you, we stayed here for 8 people, and when we arrived the room had a slight leak problem, because it was already midnight, the next day we were immediately given another very large room, which could fit 12 people, to Gurney Plaza by Grab for about 7 minutes, everywhere is very easy in my opinion, there is also a minimarket downstairs that is open from 8 am to 1 am, every time I go to Penang I never skip staying here and it's always satisfying, something like that, thank you

Highly not recommended to stay here again. 1. The price is not worth it, there is a deposit and extra fee for cleaning. 2. The environment is dirty and not maintained, there are puddles even in the elevator. 3. The old elevator access is always full in the morning, afternoon and evening. 4. The bed sheet smells of cigarettes like it has not been replaced. 5. The staff is rude and unfriendly when complained. 6. Often sent WA messages about rules and fees.

- bad room, gloomy, dirty, smelly, far from the picture. - dim and uncomfortable room. - booked a suite room for 1.2 million + 70 RM for cleaning service fee but the room I got was like a 2-star hotel with bad room decoration. - dirty bathroom + worn gray towels. Smelly sheets and bed covers. Smelly sofa. - arrived at the hotel charged a cleaning fee of 70 RM. - old and full elevator need to wait 30-1 hour. - the worst apartment during my stay in Malaysia. Those who intend to rent a room here, better find another one than regret it.
