I always stay here, but this time the room wasn't very clean, there was still trash left. And the worst part is there's no parking space. In fact, we were told to move the car early in the morning for fear of being sued. Please, hotel, provide a parking space. Thank you.

Why is the tourism tax 50 ringgit for the two rooms I booked!? Traveloka explained it's only 10 ringgit per room. Tune Hotel is a profitable hotel if that's the case. My family and I have stayed twice, but the more we stay, the more expensive it gets. It's really strange.

Don't expect much, it's more like a guesthouse than a hotel, relying solely on the location. The service and attitude of the receptionist/staff are far below hotel standards. The room's cleanliness is poor, the bed has many strange stains, the sheets and pillowcases don't seem to be changed/cleaned, and the towels are shabby and smelly. The majority of this accommodation's shortcomings are due to poor management and incompetent hotel staff. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the hotel's human resources, considering the strategic location and access.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is located in a very strategic location, close to the waterfront and the Kuching statue, but based on my experience staying here, from 23 to 25 August 2025, regarding the punctuality of the initial check-in, it shifted slightly, it should have been 14.00 but it shifted to 16.00, perhaps the choice of rooms (twin) was limited so it took quite a long time to wait for the room transfer process.

budget hotel friendly, but please lower your expectation. mold everywhere (room and bathroom), no kettle for hot water, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and small space for praying (muslim). however, the location is very good. near the waterfront and convinience store. hot shower, tv, and ac also work well.
