Crown Beach Hotel Maldives

The villa room was nice and very comfortable, with a great sea view. The staff were friendly, nice, and quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner. The hotel's location is superb and walking distance as Dhiffushi is a very tiny island. My only minor complaint was the broke kettle and the air conditioning loudness which is normal. Overall, a fantastic stay, and l'd highly recommend this villa for anyone especially solo travelers visiting Dhiffushi. To the staffs thank you very much for your truly excellent hospitality and service.

Very friendly staff. Catered to our needs with smiles all the time. The manager took special care of us - seemed like family. Would recommend to all.

Location was good as there is a beach right outside the hotel. However, service wasn’t great, we were overbooked and transferred to another hotel for the first 2 nights of our holiday, and then there was a lot of confusion as to whether we would be coming back to the hotel after the transfer. This made our stay rather frustrating as we couldn’t settle in until we knew what was going on. Rooms could be better, especially the bathroom as our toilet was blocked. No shower screen so bathroom would get covered in water and no hot water. Menu could have more variety aslots of food items were unavailable. Prices seemed to change once ordered. Staff were not forthcoming and rather uncommunicative.

No Alcohol on this Island. If you want alcohol go to island resort. Very Nice hotel, Staff is very Helpful and will do excellent service for you. Very quite island its good with families.Food was excellent they make us nice Non Veg dishes for us.. we had 8.30 Flights so we have to hire private boat at 5.30PM. Hotel staff came to drop us at Boat where we see Manager came to say Good buy. Very nice experience and very good down time we had.

A nice & cozy hotel facing ocean . They have friendly staffs accomadating to your requests. Food served are delicious n well done to chef , Buffet breakfast more or less sumhow e same .. overall nice place to stay

Mr. Vidad has created a true gem here! Loved the hotel’s private beach, and the service was out of this world! Although breakfast was a bit basic and the mattress was on the firm side, the snorkeling they arranged for me was unforgettable (got lucky enough to see a turtle AND a reef shark!), and the staff was very accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay. Staying here, I got to see a side of the real Maldives that is hidden away from the resorts. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this facility.

It was amazing experience! This hotel was the perfect affordable hotel in Maldives. It is situated on the beach with white sand and palm trees. I highly recommended, the staff were excellent, the food was specially good, the facilities are clean and powerful WiFi. This is a charming, safe and nice place to be. Surely the best of the hotels at Dhiffushi

The hotel is right on the beach where you can enjoy the meals with the amazing ocean view.The bed is very big and comfortable,the staff is nice and helpful.You have towels,beach towels,shower gel and shampoo in the room.Dhiffushi is a small island and you can visit all in 20 minutes.The meals are good and tasty.Every morning with the breakfast you get a complimentary bottle of water and fresh fruits ,papaya or watermelon.The maldivian breakfast is amazing.Anything you need you can ask the staff and they are doing everything in their power to have a great holiday.We booked ocean view room but first night we got a different room on the other side with no balcony but next day we were immediately moved to a nice room with balcony and best view.Thank you to all Crown Beach Staff gor taking care of us and provide us an amazing holiday.

One of only two hotels on the beach in Dhiffushi, with a fab view of the sunset. The hotel is very nearly excellent, but needs to pay more attention to cleaning, maintenance and tidying, both in the public areas, especially outside, and the rooms. It would be good if ashtrays were on every table outside as so many people smoked and it would stop cigarette ends being thrown down on the sand.. Food in hotel is so so and overpriced for what they offer. The manager, Vadid, is great and does his utmost to please. The rest of the staff need to follow his example. All in all we had a great stay (room 7 has great view of beach) and hope that with a few improvements this will be one if the best places on the island.

From the photos this hotel and island looked amazing. We were not disappointed. We had a fantastic time and an authentic experience of the local culture and island. The local people are also very warm and friendly. When we arrived we were greeted by hotel staff who organised our trip on the speed boat. The staff are helpful, friendly, warm and accommodating. They assisted us and answered any of our questions. We went to relax...and relax we did. The room is very clean and if you ask them to change the sheets or clean the room, they are happy to do this to make your stay better. The bed was very comfortable.The room has a TV but no cable (yet). If you want to wind down at the end of the day take a usb stick with some movies etc to watch. We streamed movies and the internet worked well most of the time. The water (at times) had a distinct smell and although it is desalinated, it is still salty. Our room did not have hot water. This did not ruin our experience. The food was lovely and the local dishes are a real treat. There is a limited selection but it is enough for a week long stay. This is a small hotel with limited staff so ordering well before time is recommended when the hotel is full. If you have children, I would buy snacks from the mainland to take. There is a local company hiring water recreational equipment and offers local diving and trips. The water is spectacular. You can see sharks, sting rays, reef fish, manta rays, dolphins and all other types of marine life

Il soggiorno al Crown Beach Hotel è stata una piacevole scoperta per una visita autentica delle Maldive. Hotel direttamente su una spiaggia veramente privata dell’isola protetta dai venti e da turisti (si accede solo tramite reception). Tutti gli altri hotel dell’isola hanno spiagge comuni senza protezioni da ombre o vento. Al Crown beach siamo stati all’ombra di bellissime palme su lettini dell’hotel messi a disposizione di tutti e fatto tutti i pasti guardando il bellissimo mare delle Maldive. Consigliamo mezza pensione per poter provare altri locali anche se la scelta di cibo in generale sull’isola è molto limitata per problemi logistici (arriva realmente solo Tonno, Pollo e pochi altri ingredienti). La cucina è OK (lo Chef sa cucinare, anche la pasta, ma la scelta è comunque limitata ai pochi ingredienti che arrivano sull’isola). Il servizio è rapido (grazie Shamil, sempre con il sorriso!). Colazione molto basic. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza vista mare (ce ne sono solo due in tutto l’hotel) ed era tutto perfetto: no insetti, umidità o altro. Condizionatore potentissimo!!! La pulizia della stanza va richiesta con un po’ di insistenza, ma una volta richiesta poi vanno a pulirla. Pacchetto escursioni proposto con Anil veramente mozzafiato. Necessarie da fare sono: Coral Reef, Tartarughe, Squali e visita ad Asdhoo (che sono le più belle escursioni da Dhiffushi). Flessibilità e cordialità al centro, grazie per questo a Rashid (gestore dell’hotel).

El alojamiento nos ha gustado mucho en general, sabiendo lo complicado que es disponer de todo en una isla tan pequeña. Lo mejor del hotel era el personal, muy agradable, en especial Shamine (camarero) y el cocinero. También muy simpático Ivan, el encargado. Mención especial para Anil, q se ha portado genial con nosotros y nos ha explicado la historia de Maldivas. También destacar la seguridad de todo el recinto y su ubicación, es perfecta para ver puestas de sol y para darse un buen bañito.
