We had an absolutely amazing experience at Kaani Grand View! The hospitality here is truly unmatched. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We honestly did not want to leave! Highly recommend Kaani Grand View to anyone visiting — you’ll be well taken care of. 🌴✨

The whole staff was so kind and attentive. Manoj never let our coffee cup go empty and chatted with us every morning during breakfast and Yusika was always attentive and had a kind word for us every morning as well. Great property! Would definitely stay here again.

After a long journey traveling to get to the Maldives, we were greeted at the jetty by employees from the Kaani Grand Seaview. The manager, Tiger, personally greeted us and escorted us to the facility, which is a stone’s throw and short walk from the jetty. First impressions with a sincere welcome after extended travel time made a huge difference. But even after the first impression, we were regularly greeted by Tiger, he always made us feel welcome. Staff @ the dining facility on the property were also very personable, extending their warmth and hospitality. Special shout out to sweet Jusika with her morning and evening greetings. We also miss our chats with the wonderful Manoj and Rayhan. These three employees are hardworking, kind and sincere, made lasting impressions on our stay. The room was ocean front, clean and adequate. Nice lanai to sit and people watch minus the sand. The beach is literally steps away. On our departure, my faith in humanity, the person to person - face to face interaction that we have been losing post pandemic and technology had been restored.

The stay was just decent. If they had good customer service it would have been alot better. Had us sitting at at airport from 7am-11am. The only hotel with no rep on site at airport until 1030. When he got there he was chatting with others. There were a couple staff members that were nice but it was a maintenance guy. Room had a king and a twin bed. They only cleaned the king bed and often times took what was on that bed and threw it on that bed. Checked out and staff broke luggage on the way to airport.

The lobby is old and dark. Contrary to the picture, our Honeymoon Suite looks more like a family suite with an extra twin bed. Don’t bother spending extra as the room is simple and plain. Hotel did not respond to inquiry re pickup at the dock, granted we booked our own speedboat transfer to arrive earlier in the afternoon.
