Guests must transfer to the property via Airplane and boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 35 minutes via local flight to Ifuru Airport on Raa Atoll and then 45 minutes by speedboat to the resort. Guests may have the option to opt for a 45-minute seaplane trip. Guests arriving outside of the scheduled transfer hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male until services resume. Maximum luggage allowance is 44 lbs (20 kg) plus 11 lbs (5 kg) hand luggage. Fees apply for excess baggage and must be arranged in advance. To arrange transfers, guests must contact the property at least 10 days in advance using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Transfer via seaplane is available only during daylight hours. Guests arriving after 3:45 PM or departing before 9 AM to/from Male are not eligible for transfer flights. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
