The location sent a physical address and picture of the front of the place…neither were helpful-after wandering up and down hills and alleyways with over hundred pounds of luggage-I never found it. Reached out to them-no answer-no response at all from them until nineteen hours later!! Found another place to stay-now they won’t refund because the agent I talked to misspoke and said I had a flight delay and that was my reason for cancellation! It clearly was not since I was wandering for over an hour. I’m sure they’ll come on here and “explain” this was all my fault…but I’ve got all the documentation to prove I tried my best to contact them in the way I was instructed to, they failed. And if the excuse is they manage many properties on the island-get more help!

It is a great location but there were no blackout curtains and we were street facing (room was very bright), we also only had one chipped bowl and one plate to eat with. The space was reasonably clean, and the shower had amazing pressure. Quick and easy access to the airport

Excellent value , 10-15 minute walk from airport , was a bit apprehensive but easy in the end and their bistro at the airport provided great choice of food

Location is the only plus. The room was filthy: a pizza box was left behind, toilet paper scraps were on the bathroom floor, and a used spoon was behind the TV. To make matters worse, the shower was clogged with a disgusting clump of hair. When I complained, they promised a cleaning service at a certain time, but they arrived three hours late. This place is poorly managed and unhygienic. Find somewhere else to stay.

Despite the initial inconvenience, the overnight stay proved to be satisfactory. However, the room I was assigned to was poorly lit, with the bed lights and air conditioning malfunctioning. While the property met the basic standards of cleanliness and proximity to the airport, the driver encountered difficulties locating the hotel due to the locals’ unfamiliarity with the establishment. The staff member I interacted with exhibited impatience when providing instructions. Nevertheless, I managed to have a restful night after a challenging start. It is advisable to be cautious, as there are other properties in the vicinity with the same name.

The room was great. However it was very very dark despite the multitude of lights. The toilet could have been a bit more accessible. Other than that it was walking distance to the airport which was perfect.

We had a wonderful main floor bachelor apartment. Beautifully laid out, comfortable, everything you'd need.

Room was very pleasant … nice balcony …. Bright … airy. Excellent comfortable bed . Washroom was modern and beautiful . Check in was easy. 14min easy walk to the airport ! Would highly recommend !

Very neat and modern amenities yet still with an old world flair. Lots of daylight through the windows with a shared outside patio. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal for airport

Just what's needed for an overnight stay. More pillows & milk would have been good.

This aparthotel is really neat! The decor is truly interesting and unique, with interesting wall hangings, knicknacks, furniture and more. The studio room is really quite large, with a comfortable bed, a full kitchen and truly modern washrooms. The tv was already hooked up to watch YouTube and Netflix easily. It was really quiet and very comfortable for sleeping. The room was hot when we arrived, but the air conditioner worked well so we were comfortable. Interestingly, the kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils for cooking, but no tea cups, plates, glasses or regular cutlery. We just had two coffee cups (which were unfortunately dirty) and two wine glasses - perhaps they could supply a few regular dish / cutlery items to make use of the kitchen a bit easier? This unit is really close to the airport - it was less than a 5 minute drive, which was super helpful for an early morning flight. We definitely recommend this ApartHotel!

Spring rain like weak shower. It was very noisy with traffics all night long since the flat was at very busy road. Only one working electric outlet in the entire room. There is nothing around the flat but at least we could walk to the airport to eat dinner.
