Amazing boutique hotel. Superb staff and attention to detail. We loved our stay and booked two additional nights because we loved the staff and the room so much. Great bath, nice details, great shower and bed. Cool art. Can't say enough. Five stars

Location, staff, service, food, amenities!!!! All went above and beyond. Was hard to leave this lovely place. The best spot in town and filled with so much love!!!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well to keep us cool in the humid environment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the Aqua in Bocca.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, great service and nicely maintained building. A five star hotel for a relatively low price. Located a walkable street near to central Merida. Would stay here again!!!

Wow ! We loved everything about this cute hotel. The staff goes out of their way to make the visitors feel welcome. The breakfast they offer is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely stay here when we visit Merida again. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay. We had a spacious room, comfy bed, complimentary water bottles came in handy. Complimentary continental breakfast was provided but we opted for trying out the numerous restaurant options around. The location is perfectly situated to explore the town. The one thing we weren't too thrilled about was there was no hot water coming out of the shower. The water was only mildly warm which thankfully wasn't too big of a problem because the weather was so hot, a cooler shower was refreshing, we didn't address this issue with management. I could see this being a problem if you prefer hot showers. Overall we enjoyed our stay. All of the hotel staff we encountered and interacted with were very nice, friendly, and helpful. We would choose to stay here again.

The overall experience was great . 1.- Staff great , friendly always willing to help and assist . 2.- Location : great , central . Walk distance to all the colonial like attractions . Close to paseo Montejo. 3.- breakfast: fruits , granola , yogurt , toast . Definitely nice and healthy . Not large america style breakfast. 4.- the hotel has a great potential , rooms are nice , clean and spacious. However , I feel It needs a refreshment, it’s borderline outdated and need some love in terms of maintenance in the common areas , perhaps some decoration and ornaments.

LOUD! Construction next door was loud and early morning to midnight. Room had a smell of mold. The people were very nice. They saw we were hot when we arrived and they immediately gave us water.

We stayed here and really loved how convenient everything was to us. Super easy walks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but it felt at times the room wouldn’t cool down. It helped to put the fan on but the fan needed to be dusted. The pool was nice. Breakfast was nice that it was free.

From the moment my car pulled up the welcome was warm and gracious. The hotel is a gorgeous old colonial. My room was bright sunny and enormous. It had a very large private veranda. The room had a deep soaking tub, large shower, walk-in closet and double vanity. Bed was very comfortable. And much more..location, pool, breakfast.
