The location is Excellent, a walk away you have restaurants and attraction. Having said that the hotel is showing its age, we found hairs on our sink, and overall it appeared they used a very old vacuum cleaner. But even with the shortcomings, I would definitely stay here again.

La peor experiencia en todo los años que he visitado Monterrey! El hotel o por lo menos la habitación que me dieron es un asco total! Desde que abrí la puerta se sentía un olor de humedad muy fuerte. El baño fue la peor parte de mi estancia y por eso hago este comentario, al momento de tomar mi baño el agua se quedaba estancada en la coladera y no bajaba. Se reportó de inmediato y la persona de mantenimiento subió con con un desarmador y un destapa año (solo abrió la coladera y dijo que estaba bien y que era normal, mencionó que necesitaba un líquido pero que no lo tenía). Toda mi estancia fue lo mismo, solicité que me cambiaran de habitación si el problema seguía igual y solo me ignoraron en recepción. Las personas de recepción muy despreocupadas por atender al cliente. Otra situación fueron las toallas que te dejan la habitación, estaban súper percudidas, tanto que se veían grises y no blancas. Esperaba mucho más de este lugar, por lo que me costó la habitación. Simplemente tomé esta opción porque no encontré habitación disponible en el hotel de alado que es por mucho más limpio y el personal mucho más atento. Generalmente visto Monterrey 2 o 3 veces al año por cuestiones de trabajo, así que me he alojado en varios hoteles y debo asegurar que este hotel en mi experiencia ha sido el peor en el que me he hospedado a lo largo de 7 años. Quizá solo fue mi experiencia y quizá tenga mejores habitaciones pero ese no fue mi caso. Conclusión NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el cuarto en el cuarto #408 hable a recepción y si me atendieron pero ellos le hablaron a mantenimiento y ellos los ignoraron después de una hora ya eran las.11:40pm de la noche cuando nos asignaron el cuarto#402 y ese cuarto apestaba a drenaje ya no tuvimos más tiempo para cambiarnos ya estamos muy cansados yo y mi familia

Air conditioning in our room did not work well, after telling the hotel staff to check our ac in the room it still didn’t work… room was extremely hot especially during this hot weather… we check out at 6 am because we couldn’t tolerate or rest in our room … NEVER staying there again especially because it was an expensive room

Location was great but the upkeep of the rooms was below standard. Leaking roofs, missing amenities and the property as a whole needs a re-fresh. Staff was excellent, and made our stay pleasant.

El principal motivo por el que escogi el hotel fue la alberca y estaba cerrada lo cual fue para mi una grande decepcion porque acostumbro ir a nadar , 2 noches no tuvimos agua ni para el sanitario, otras 2 noches no habia agua caliente para bañarnos.
