Great location, near shopping, restaurants, cafes, and a short walk to the beach. My room had a kitchenette and refrigerator. Very clean. A nice pool area, plus an adjacent kid’s play area. The only negatives: my room was a distance away from the lobby, and my devices had difficulty initially connecting to the wifi. I went to a common area near the lobby, and was able to connect there. After that, no problems in my room either. Other issue is that diesel tour buses park on the street below some rooms, and leave their engines running, which I found to be disturbing. Not the fault of the hotel, and often short-lived, but still an issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again in future. Highly recommended.

Very clean rooms, great friendly staff, unfortunately a great number of Mexicans complete with beaucoup kids who hit the pools from 0800 to 2100 with lots of screaming and yelling.

Ok first thing to be ready for with the cooking stove I knew nothing about after check-in was it’s a gas burner that does not self-ignite, so make sure you have matches or lighter. I got up at 4am and walked to store to buy a lighter so I could use it. One of the bed mattresses was rock hard to sleep on. There website said that the whole place got a complete make-over in 2023, that didn’t show in the two rooms we stayed in. Hot water takes so long when showering to get to the room and it’s not that hot! They make you clean your own dishes at check-out or they charge $200 peso. A plus is kids pool and outside atmosphere is good and 5 minute walk to beach.
