Baja Mar Apartments

Great location! One block from Malecon. Penthouse unit was very clean, and had a beautiful patio deck looking to Malecon and ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped. A few items that keep this review from Five stars - the jacuzzi was not working- we called maintenance (quick response), but were told it had not been working for a while. Second, was mattresses on both beds were very/too firm. Finally - not a criticism- unit is so close to Malecon, that loud music and action usually went to 2-3am. Lastly, no elevator, and it’s an over 2 story walk up by stairs. Again, not complaining about the last two items, I just want future guests to be aware. All said, we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was not clean. Especially the floors, the floors were filthy. No salt or pepper. We have stayed at Baja Mar previously, in another apartment, and it was fine. Not this one - very bad.

Weather was good.no kitchen just the room and restroom and shower.the hotel is just a block a way from the malecon and the bus station. Downstairs is a caffee shop, so I like it a lot.

All what was offered and very quiet, close to restaurant and nice area's. will recommend and of course We will come back

The apartment was fully stocked with everything. The view was amazing, the jacussi on the roof with ocean view was amazing the apartment was amazing but the city and neighbourhood was amazing. Kind and safe.

Good Staff, Shower hot waters on and off Washing machine and dryer machine no working Jacuzzi was dirty, I need to contact the owner to clean the jacuzzi and change the water

Everything was perfect. My family and I had a wonderful stay.10/10 highly recommended we will definitely be back! thank you.

The pic representation is pretty poor imo, the "luxury" apt, B19, was really tiny and not represented well on the website. We were shocked upon check in that it was barely a studio and really small for 2 people. Need to do a better job on specifying which pics belong to which apt i feel. Overall disappointing, though the location is stellar! The check in and parking was good for us too.

Refrigerator was too small, and the place was too small. Not what we were shown in the pictures. No patio.

No estaba claro que los apartamentos estuvieran dentro de un edificio comercial/centro comercial. Me tomó unos 30 minutos encontrar a alguien que me registrara. Cuando estacioné en su estacionamiento, salió una mujer gritándome que no podía estacionar allí. Luego encontró a un encargado del edificio (Daniel) y juntos llamaron a una grúa y a la policía. La policía vino, pero en ese momento, Daniel, el tipo que llamó a la policía se dio cuenta de que yo era un invitado allí. Vio todo esto suceder y no estaba dispuesto a ayudar. De todos modos, no volveré a alojarme allí y tú tampoco deberías hacerlo, a menos que quieras que te remolquen el coche. It was not clear that the apartments were within a stripmall/commercial building. It took about 30 minutes to find someone to check me in. When I parked in their parking lot, a woman came out yelling at me about not being able to park there. She then found a building attendant, and together they called a tow truck and the police. The police did come but by that time, daniel, the guy that called the police on me realized that I was a guest there. He saw this all go down and was not willing to help. Regardless, I will not be staying there ever again and neither should you, unless you want your car towed.

Beautiful room in a great location. Had a problem at check in, but it ended up working out

Faltan utensilios de cocina básicos

Rent, men noe utdatert. Ekstremt lytt. Trafikken gjør ikke noe, men det ble spilt musikk hele kvelden og natten. Hørtes ut som det var inne på rommet. Veldig bra location, ekstremt fin utsikt!

La habitacion no era lo que se ve en las fotos, cuando llegamos la cortina no bajaba y era de noche. Si fue alguien a repararla, no es la habitacion que.venden en las fotos, cuando vas a un lugar vas por las fotos del lugar planeas y cuando llegas no es lo que esperas. Si esta a 1 cuadra del malexon pero no es la habitacion por la que crees que pagaste. La presion regadera baja, la habitacion no esta mal pero .. Nadaaaaaa que ver con las fotos que publican, si publicas la habitacion como es realmente tomas una decision. No es lo que esperabamos
