No hot water

I have to leve to a different hotel

I normally don’t write reviews. If I like it I come back, if I don’t I avoid it. But this place left such an awful impression that I just have to. I chose this hotel because of 4 things: Close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport, restaurant with room service, room with fridge for some left over food I had. When I arrived, as soon as I had my key I asked to schedule the shuttle for the early flight I had the next day, turns out the “free airport shuttle” is a cab they call for you and you have to pay. I told them they advertise free transportation but they simply said it’s wrong and if I wanted the cab. Disappointed I went to my room to put away the food in the fridge and there was no fridge in the room, I asked if I was given the wrong room and all I got was a “no” When I picked up the phone to get some food they guy who picked up just said they “normally offer room service but not today” At this point I just wanted to shower and sleep but this hotel had one last surprise, no hot water. Needless to say there is no way I would EVER stay in this hotel again, stay away if any of these things remotely matter to you.

Everything was fine except for no shuttle service to the airport despite being listed in the amenities.

The bed sheets were dirty and the toilet was leaking water all night.

We like very much but the pool was dirty n not enough chairs around people don’t fall the rules ( glass bottles)

I want to be honest the hotel is a little old my family didn’t feel confortable staff was really good location is not far from hotel restaurant closes early we arrived around 9 pm and we had to drive around to find a place to eat

I travel a lot for work and this room is probably the worst that I've ever stayed in. The bed was rock hard, the AC remote control didn't work until I replaced the batteries with my own, the toilet never wanted to flush completely, and the shower was atrocious. The shower head was filthy and broken, the handles almost fell off, and there was a film on the shower floor before I got in it. No view to speak of and if I wasn't flying out in the next 10 hours I probably would have left and found another place to stay. As it was, the 8 hours spent there was more than enough.

Very disappointed with this property being labeled a Best Western. Staff was nice. Room and area disgusting. Mildew smell in the room. Mildew on the curtains, plumbing bad, cold water pressure low. Towels are dingy. Wifi didnt work. Tv screen distorted and not working properly. Hallways dark and scary. We got this room because of the proximity to the airport. We checked out the same day because of the room condition. We got an Air Bnb instead for triple the price but for a good night sleep. Read other bad reviews after the fact, we completely agree with the bad reviews, except the staff was nice.
