Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Veracruz

The front desk are very helpful and Maggie the front night desk was extremely helpful.the restaurant manager and staff were extremely helpful. The pool was cleaned all the time. Rooms are nice. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and family.

Beautiful place, needs. A couple of upgrades on the tv selection , the mini fridge is not big enough to even store a big bottle Of water. There aren’t any convenience stores around the are by foot. The place Is definitely in the middle of nowhere and the hotel Doesn’t really have an option to purchase anything other than the hotel food. The food in the restaurant is ok, but can use a little bit of more attention to detail. The ceasar salad is NOT good! I appreciate the effort but serving a head of lettuce with a few drops of dressing and a sprinkle Of cheese, don’t make it a Caesar salad. The espresso coffee is not an espresso! It is water down coffee and got charged almost 15 canadian dollars

This is a newly developed hotel on the "Riviera". Even though installation of the hotel attempts to be of high rank, they can improve by upscaling it with more toiletries and making the rooms to look more luxurious by providing little details to guest. It's a nice beautiful beach because there's no constructions or buildings next to it, yet.

It was very clean, very conformable beds, the ocean view was perfect They hada good food with lots of options to choose from, and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again. and the service

The hotel was exellent everything is super new and the staff is great. Super clean! The only thing that the hotel needs to mention more is that is SUPER FAR from the airport! The taxi took 30-40 minutes to arrive and we tought the worst because is around an empty area. The hotel is awsome and great but take that into consideration. Love the stay!

Great place in the Riviera Veracruzana!!! Everything clean, good taste, beautiful surroundings !

I don't recommend this hotel. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is no public transportation. This hotel is not family appropiate. There were two adult parties during my stay (very loud offensive music and drunk people slamming doors all night). One of the parties ended at 5am. I tryed to speak to the manager, but there was no manager around and the person I spoke to said that they couldn't do anything because the people were influencers.

One of the worst places I've ever stayed in Veracruz Totally overpriced nothing around you for kilometers staff is rude windows do not open Will definitely not recommend staying here it can be very dangerous at night when you go out.

Great hotel, super nice and new, the only problem was that the pool was so so cold that the kids couldn't use it, and its not good in a beach hotel.

La habitación muy limpia y el hotel muy bonito

Es la cuarta ocasión que nos hospedamos en este hotel. Nos gusta porque está en una zona tranquila con una bonita vista al mar o hacia las montañas. El personal es muy amable, la comida en el restaurante rica y no se me ha hecho cara en comparación con otros hoteles del Puerto de Veracruz. La habitación es amplia, siempre ha estado limpia, una de las cosas que más me gustan de este hotel es su baño, amplio, con una regadera que tiene buena caída de agua. Se agradecen las amenidades y el café de cortesía.
