Breathless Cabo San Lucas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

So convenient and so close to downtown

Beautiful room. Beautiful location on the beach with nice infinity pools. Initially got lost between the two buildings (hotel and restaurants). Harassed by vacation club sales people upon arrival which was terrible. Good breakfast and lunch. Awful dinners. Not a good room service menu. The staff were all amazing. The spa was excellent.

My spouse and I enjoyed every bit of our stay! We will definitely be returning! My only concern is cross contamination of food allergies

The resort was clean and safe and the staff was wonderful. Food was excellent. The location is perfect sitting by the marina and bay with shopping right next door.

Loved staying at this resort and the staff was very attentive. I recommend get the upgraded experience for access to secret menus at the restaurants. It’s worth the upgrade for sure. From check in to check out everything was smooth. The only thing we didn’t care for was the food at the pool. It was low quality and bad which was surprising because everything else we had was amazing. If you upgrade don’t forget to ask your concierge about the private Japanese experience. It was very nice. The all inclusive was great and because we were here during the holidays they had a special dinner and live entertainment on Christmas. The entertainment crew were very nice and we participated in several events they held like water aerobics and the silent disco. Honestly didn’t have a need to leave the resort everything we needed was there. Great experience.

I did like to stay in this property even though I had couple of issues when I got there . The first night that we went there our dining experience wasn’t good since we had to wait almost an hour for the food to come and my pasta didn’t even have any shrimp in it that I ordered . After waiting for an hour of service and getting the wrong food made us dine elsewhere for the next 2 nights even though the hotel is all inclusive . I did like the service at the pool and the beach area a lot especially Gunther and Nicholas were very friendly and helpful with me the whole time I was there . Overall I do like this property and would go back there again with some minor improvements needed.

I stayed at the Breathless in Cancun in Nov 2024 so based on how that property was set up, I chose them again for my Xmas stay in Cabo. In Cabo the property itself is nice & well-kept 5 stars! However, I think it lacked in onsite entertainment options.. They have a rooftop where different things happen every night but the nights when they have music is rock n roll type music. Not very diverse in the music selection. The pool area is very nice, and you can see the ocean from the pool. If you wish to sit in the Cabanas it will cost you $200 US dollars. I think it's a rip off but did it for my adult kids who were with me. The servers will take great care of you. The pool DJ and activities liven up the atmosphere. I had a room facing the marina, people had warned about the noise from the seals but it never kept me up. The hotel will provide ear plugs but we never needed them Overall the property is nice and you will enjoy your stay Here is what I didn't like: Not enough plugs in rooms Doors are SOLID wood, you can't hear anyone knock if you're on the balcony. Food choices were awful we ate all of them & the ONLY decent food was from The Spoon & Bites. You have to walk to other side of property to get to most everything, If you're at the pool & forget something in your room it's going to be a trek!! Not well designed like Cancun which was in a square. Lots of confusing levels & diff bldgs. to get to pool, rooms/lobby & it takes about 3 days to get it down

Property was in the marina, which provided good scenery with the boat activity. However, it was noisy with music until 2am and started again at 6am when fishing boats left the marina. Then there were the seals that barked all day and night. If you want to sleep well, bring ear plugs!

We had a great time. We really enjoyed the food at bites restaurant. The service was great. Relaxing and pretty. Easy walkable access to the town. Downside the seals when you are trying to sleep and entertainment in the hotel during the week. It seems like they only have shows and something exciting on weekends but we were saying from Sun-Thur. So now we know for next time :)

You can't beat the location of Breathless. And they have great activities.

Do not waste your time/money at Breathless. The view is breathtaking-thats the only positive thing I can say. The food is horrendous. Barely finished a meal. Also be prepared when ordering food it will take a long time to come. Also dont expect to sit close to the pool. Its lined with cabanas but if you want to use them you have to pay. Also upgraded to VIP “Xhale Member” which allows access to a lounge and a special menu at a dinner. Went to the restaurant told us we cant have the upgraded menu. Explained we are Xhale members and even went to the Xhale lounge to clear up the confusion. They said we couldnt have access to the Menu only the lounge. Why if we have been upgrade to VIP do we have access to the lounge and not the menu. They said whoever checked you in must have been confused but you only have access to the lounge. Room service was worse. Everytime we order room service it would take over an hour to come even if was a simple mimosa. The housekeeping was ridiculous. The only thing they do is make the bed and change the towels. Never did they take the empty dishes out the room or sweep the floor. The worst part is on the second or third day my belongings started to go missing. My husband and I booked a photoshoot and I brought very expensive makeup for the pictures. I used my makeup for the shoot and the next day I couldnt find some of my products.Then on the very last day I noticed my very expensive Chanel sunglasses were missing. Overall stay away from Breathless.

I absolutely loved the view of the marina from our balcony. It's also nice to have the sunset to view each night. Staff, like Carlos, Joshua, and Alejandro, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Multiple dining options were also good.

The spa was fantastic. Beatriz did 3 deep tissue massages on me and recognized the trouble spots. The facility was great.

I stayed here about 8 years ago and had a great experience, so I thought I’d come spend a night here when I ended up back in Cabo. In short, I thought it had fallen apart a bit and don’t plan to come back. Experience started with the VIP service saying our room would be ready by 2p when we arrived at 1p. We checked back about 5 times but it wasn’t ready until 4p without any explanation. Then the food wasn’t nearly as good as I remembered. They touted a new Japanese experience requiring a reservation. We tried that and it had our whole party laughing due to how poor the experience was. No showmanship despite sitting at the bar, food was meh, and they couldn’t accommodate my partner at all for the fact she was pescatarian. Other than that, I got a suite but seemed like a basic room to me. Nothing suite about it. TV wouldn’t even turn off so I was doing so by hand. I think I’ll look elsewhere next time I want to visit the harbor.

The food was sub par, they took away free dinner nights and wouldn’t tell you when they were. William was amazing at the pool as always.

It was our first time in Cabo and it was amazing. This resort was exceptional. It was nice and small and had good dinning options. The VIP was totally worth it and wouldn’t go with out it. You get access to different food menus, hydrotherapy as well as unlimited mini bar. Your rooms are also situated to where you can see both the marina and ocean. The 24 he concierge was also great and they were quick to respond to requests. The staff were absolutely incredible and were so kind. Some of the food was not great and the restaurant attached to the hotel on the beach was a little loud but wouldn’t change anything about this resort. They offer free tequila tastings, hikes amongst other things. We found this resort to be quiet which was great. There are sea lions and they do get loud but we had no issue with them.
