Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I stayed at the xhale master suite and it was an amazing experience. The dinning options were great and everything was all inclusive with no extra charges. I had access to the rooftop pool which was nice, and also silk city for breakfast (super nice). The staff were always friendly and didn’t harass for tips, they served you so well you will feel guilty not to tip.

Food was excellent

The property and most staff is great. Food and variety of it was good even for my picky friend. We went 4/12-4/19. Property is close to the airport and is located in the Cancun hotel area. Lots of car and foot traffic. What I didn’t like was I was told I had ocean view but it was on the side of the building so I’d consider partial. I did not receive vip benefits of upgraded room either. The free champagne was a coupon. In advance of our stay I contacted the hotel through Expedia and their Facebook. I never received response to my inquiries for birthday decorations or tour options. Our room was on the first floor and heard traffic through out the night so couldn’t enjoy open balcony to hear the ocean. Noise could be heard through closed windows and doors. I was told by another they had same issue and were on the top level of the higher tower.

Property is well maintained, however staff does not provide information in correct manner. They are not transparent about services.

The staff were so friendly & accommodating. My experience was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location and access to pools and beaches. The food was great but could’ve used more options.

Rooms need improvements, we got upgraded room that felt like a down grade

Resort is very attractive. I had only one issue and it was with check-in. They had to charge my card and it wasn't "recognised" after stressing and trying to sort out why payment wasn't working. We finally checked inbince we were able to fix the issue. They did upgrade my room to a partial view and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The room was a little noisey due to a draft from the sliding door. They regularly clean the room. At least twice a day. The staff always used their manners. The wait staff were always polite. I experienced the hibachi restaurant, Silk. Food was delicious and it's and its plentiful. You can book excursions with the resort. I prebooked my excursions prior. I didn't go through the hotel. The option is available. Fish Nets had the best food at the resort. But all the food is great. The shows were cool. I enjoyed Earth Day. It was a native dancing and a fire show and the live painting art show. Anlot of talent showcased. And for those enjoying a more lounge area, Wink, would have a live singer. You can request songs. Overall a very lovely hotel.
