This is the best hotel in Veracruz that is directly on the beach. Great staff, great location. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants and the best shopping malls in the city. We stayed two years in a row and will be returning next year. Highly recommend!

Terrible hotel and experience. We were going to stay for three nights but we had to leave as soon as we could find another hotel next morning. Our bed was full of bed bugs and we were covered with bug bites. We are waiting for our money back from the hotel. What is happening with Camino Real hotel chain? It used to be one of the best in Mexico, but no anymore.

The hotel shows a very, very nice facility. The facility by itself is clean very well. Maintain has good location. The valet parking stuff was very polite, but I will say that the waitresses they need to have a little bit better. Customer service the front desk as well, it was not very polite so in my opinion, the hotel by its name, Camino Real is a name that has a legacy of good customer service is it it’s a good it’s a good chain hotels, but unfortunately, with a few elements like the front desk was not very polite not very helpful and the waitresses at the swimming pool especially they were very pushy very to borderline rude good morning no thank you please nothing is very mechanical so we don’t expect that from a nice chain of hotels like Camino Real is my own opinion. The hotel is wonderful, but we should have a better training on customer service for for the staff not the parking Ballet no parking by no means but Most of the other one they should

Había una fuga del WC y nunca lo resolvieron. Nos tocó en el piso 11 y no salí agua de la regadera con presión. Tienen que darle mantenimiento al hotel.
