Campera Hotel Burbuja

I would have had good things to say about this place if I had not been robbed whilst staying there. I understand that bubble tents cannot be locked but the hotel's assurance that it is entirely safe because it is in a secure compound is clearly false. (From a text message sent before arrival: "We are in a private area, with security provided by both the hotel and Valle de los Sanderos.") I am not accusing hotel staff but someone entered my bubble, opened a bag, found cash that I had hidden, and took 1000 pesos. I informed staff at reception but the hotel did nothing but offer a late check out, which I did not need or want. No apology or even a drink from the bar. So, until they take the obvious step of installing safes in the bubbles, I suggest you either avoid this place or keep ALL valuables with you at all times. Also, a check-in window of two hours (3-5pm) is absurd given the unusual nature of the hotel. Note also that the restaurant closes at 5pm so you will need to take a taxi or uber into town if you want to eat later - it's about a 15 minute drive into town.

Was very cold day, We did not enjoy the amenities for the weather. I recommend go in summer. The bubble look ok outside and inside but the bed was dusty and the sheets were not clean at all, pillows covers were with other hairs from other customers. I have the sensation did not wash every day the sheets and blankets.

That was a unique experience, living in a bubble and spending time at the swimming pool with cocktails and snacks, the service was amazing! However, we couldn’t control the AC ourselves and always had to contact the front desk via what’s app to change the temperature.

Very relaxing and great service

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and staying in the bubble was a really unique experience. But just remember it’s glamming, not a hotel - so, the bubbles are a bit of a trek for luggage, it can get quite cold at night, and the property can be challenging to get to/from if you don’t have a car or aren’t from here.

Más variedad en los alimentos

La burbuja como experiencia es muy buena, esta comoda y bien diseñada, lo unico a mejorar es que si se filtra mucho aire del exterior que es lo que mantiene la burbuja inflada, lo cual hace que la temperatura de la burbuja por las noches sea muy fria. Recomiendo llevar cobija electrica para las noches, aun en temporada de calor... el jacuzzi lo recomiendo mucho, solo si revisar la temperatura antes de las 6:00 pm que se termina el servicio por parte del personal ya que en nuestro caso el jacuzzi estaba extremadamente caliente y fue dificil ingresar... pero en general es una gran experiencia y de buena calidad el hotel burbuja Campera

La estancia fue buena pero el clima no nos ayudo, estuvo lloviendo todo el día y la noche, no pudimos disfrutar la playita ni la alberca. El personal pocas veces se acercó si algo se ofrecía

DESDE LA LLEGADA EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE, LA HABITACIÓN SUPER LIMPIA, MUY COMODA PERO SOBRE TODO LA EXPERIENCIA INCOMPARABLE. JUSTO LO QUE BUSCABAMOS. SIN DUDA LA MEJOR EXPERIENCIA EN LA PLAYITA SUPER LUGAR MUY COMODO EN CONTACTO CON LA NATURALEZA.

Excelente estancia!

Me encantó!! El jacuzzi fue mi favorito, listo para usarlo 24/7, la playita está incluida e hizo perfecta la estancia. Hace mucho frío en la noche, considerenlo.

Faltan señalamientos, y luz nocturna. La temperatura baja mucho en la madrugada

La habitación es cómoda y es limpia Solo es muy fría y aunque ponía el aire acondicionado en calor aún se seguía sintiendo muy frío No hay secadora Pero dentro de todo estuvo bien y con buenos detalles

Es un hotel pero no tiene servicio a cuarto, si llueve no puedes salir o entrar por qué los caminos son largos y no hay paraguas, no tienen personal que ayude con maletas pero el lugar es bonito si no está lloviendo
