Thank you Casa Acento for allowing my family & I to stay at your property. The house was well equipped with everything for our week long stay. The house is in a private, quiet community. Everything we wanted to see was 20 to 30 min away. We had a great time and felt safe.

This is a hidden gem. Thoughtfully designed and built. The view is great. It is located on the Main Street but all the rooms face the valley and we’re nice and quiet. The service was wonderful.

Es una propiedad muy bonita y durante mi estancia ahí, se nota que tienen planes para remodelar y agregar más cosas (como un jardín más amplio). El servicio fue bueno, el anfitrión siempre muy amable y atento. En unos años, considero que será de esas joyas ocultas en Valle que tienes que visitar alguna vez.
Lo que no me encantó fue la habitación, me quedé en la Suite Monarca. Esta muy alejada del resto de las habitaciones en general y está pegada a la calle, se filtra demasiado el ruido de la avenida durante el día y durante la noche no se descansa bien por el sonido de los autos y las motos. Si pudieran arreglar esa parte con un aislante de ruido y una presentación más amigable en la terraza, estaría perfecto.
De ahí en fuera, el resto de las habitaciones se veían demasiado cómodas y estaban más adentro hacia la propiedad, lo que considero podría compensar el ruido.

Reserve la habitación mas grande y la mas alta (mejor vista) y es la peor del hotel. Por 2 razones: la principal el ruido de la calle insoportable. Y si, la vista parcial al lago pero con azoteas descuidadas y habitación con olor a humedad.

La atención es excelente por parte del personal, el lugar tiene áreas de oportunidad en comodidad. Al lado hay una terrraza bar y es imposible dormir en la noche por el ruido de la fiesta.
