I found this property to be ultra convenient Just a few steps away from ADA bus stop. It is not extremely luxurious, but Good for a night or two in Tulum centro. I really appreciated that the AC in our room was good as we went in August and it was extremely hot!

The front was safe and the back was gated but parking wasn’t easy. Didn’t feel safe to park in back of motel.

When I checked in, no one asked if it was OK if I was on the second floor I just had a knee replacement and had a very difficult time walking up and down to the second floor. The power went out. No one checked on me at all to see if I was OK. I came down to the lobby and I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to the desk.

Great location, super close to nice shopping places, collectivo stops and restaurants and cafes. Main downside: they do not have comforter/quilt or any of those while sleeping. If you are used to not using these while sleeping then its ok. But if u like to make the room cold with AC etc and then need a comforter then you will miss that.
