Great location, walking distance to anything you need but not right next to where all the noise would be. Amazing service and staff were always super helpful. Super clean, great pool.

Very spacious and clean room with a very well equipped mini kitchen and good sized refrigerator and freezer. The lounge area outside was nice and cozy and especially enjoyed the hammock every night.

No food options. My room was covered in cockroaches which made us feel uncomfortable the next couple of days

A quiet, clean and peaceful place, with a helpful staff. I came to do some writing and enjoy the beach a bit. Very well-suited for a personal retreat: could happily stay longer. There's a charming bookstore attached to the property, run by the partner of the owner.

Staff is super friendly. It’s walkable to the beach and restaurants. Lots of food options around and walking distance from a doctor if needed.

For those who want to stay in a neighborhood and this was perfect for us. Beautiful pool and rooms. Limited but super friendly staff. We loved the easy walk to the bakery, smoothie bar and true Mexican beer garden. Wonderful to get home from all the bustle to this quiet retreat. Make sure to book poolside.

Great place to relax and chill, either solo or as in couple, really close to Punta but also a bit away so you can get some time away from the business :) lovely room and great views + pool! staff always available and really flexible with check in + out time if requested!

Loved this place. Huge room, amazing terrace and away from the noise. The staff were also wonderful and there is a filtered water machine available which was appreciated. The downside of it being away from the noise is that you have to walk up a dirt track off the main road which I found a little intimidating at night as a solo female. Not to say it's a dodgy area, I think that's how most women feel walking in a non-lit isolated road! But it's only 5 or so minutes off the main road and I think worth it.

Excellent location. Close to main area. Very comfortable room. Awesome patio with Hammock. Air quality behind the hotel was smoky several times a day with the neighbor burning unpleasant smells.

A beautiful spot in the midst of local neighborhood. Natural sounds of local animals....roosters,chickens, dogs are plentiful to say the least. Amazing sunsets.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, la habitación de gran tamaño y la terraza perfecta, tal cual las forografias, todo super limpio y nuevo, muy tranquilo, alejado un poco de la calle principal pero nada que te genere problemas, las calles alrededor si están un poco descuidadas y no hay mucha luz, ademas el lugar no tiene servicio de alimentos. En general nos encantó.

Me encantó el lugar y la Ubicación está perfecta. Además nos atendieron muy bien y el check in/out fue bastante fácil. Definitivamente regresaría!

Primeramente la propiedad muy limpia al igual que la recamara cada que regresabamos todo muy organizado 😉. Dormimos muy comodas ,Alberca muy limpia y bonita . SUGERENCIA una lista de restaurantes que hagan servicio a ese domicilio y saber donde hablar y un tapetito al salir de la ducha sería magnífico (Flora fue muy amable y nos recibió super bien) recomendamos Casa Marisa.

Casa Marisa has an excellent location very close to the main street of La Punta where are several restaurants, dining options and bars though the street where it is located is very quiet and tranquil. The building is completely new therefore everything is fresh, all accessories are new to use and has rooms with AC, very fresh and comfortable bed. Big terrace for our room and an amazing pool with sunbeds we could use anytime. Concierge service 24 hrs that can handle any issues or even give extra pillows and towels. Very happy for my stay I would definitely return!

Todo estuvo espectacular y la cercanía caminando de la avenida principal de punta zicatela fue un plus restaurantes y bares super cerca

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y acogedoras, pero sus alrededores son de terraceria y es una zona muy gentrificada, los lugares para comer son muy caros
