The quietness of the room even we were in a busy street.

I loved the property and will definitely be back. I was a little disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t available and the restaurant was closed. It was part of why I booked.

The room was great, we were in the other entrance on the 1st floor. The sound proofing for the bar next door was good, but the stairs are very loud and squicky. Heard multiple room coming in. If you want a quite room do not pick this one. Once it was over, all was very quite. Love the bed and service

Good hotel

The room had no natural sunlight. The windows opened onto a walkway and internal courtyard so having the curtains open wasn’t private and even then, barely any light came into the room. The wardrobe was in the bathroom and unless you are 7ft tall, you had to jump (or in my case climb), to reach the hangers. No extractor fan. Not enough power outlets. Cups didn’t fit under coffee machine (too tall). Kettle power cord was too short to reach an outlet. Bed was comfy and breakfast was available but average. Staff were lovely but you were left to it with now information on anything in the hotel. It would have been ok for a short stay but we were there for 9 and the lack of natural light was less than ideal.

Great staff. We felt very welcome. Hotel is very nice, good size room, great matress, and very cleaned. My only complaint is that the bathroom had a sewer smell, probably coming from the drains. Every time we open the bathroom door we could smell it. Other than that we had a great stay. We arrived late and tired so we didn’t complain. We let the staff know during checkout. I hope they can look into it.

The room was great (JR suite) we got the package that came with breakfast each day, quite good but the same every day, which since I liked it was fine. Located a quick Uber to Roma Norte and Centro. Good location, great price, nice room.

The hotel was very cute and convenient. The staff was very attentive. Would recommend and stay here again.

This was my first time staying in the area. Plenty of places to walk to nearby. The staff was attentive and the overall room experience was excellent. Highly recommend.

Good value for money. Rooms a little quirky. Area was safe and walkable to the more upmarket areas. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly and everywhere super clean.

They cover the basics well: comfortable bed, clean bathroom and hot shower. Plus it’s in a convenient area.

My biggest complaint with this hotel is that they claim to have "Soundproof" rooms and they are anything but. There is an open air bar 2 doors down that has a DJ and the music sounds like it is in the hotel. They moved me from one room to another and the second one was worse due to balconies facing the street side where the bar is. They finally did put me in a somewhat quiet room at the back of the hotel for the last 3 nights. The hotel is cute and the staff is nice but I'm a light sleeper and I specifically booked it because it was falsely advertised as having soundproof rooms. If you have no problem with constant noise then you would probably enjoy this place.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is nice and quite. I loved the staff. Chef Davids food is excellent!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim. The location of our junior suite was a little strange- as it was not part of the main building and on the bottom floor of a building next door (want to say it was room 15, but could be wrong). There was half eaten candy in our room when we arrived, which was a bit off putting bc I like everything super clean- but other than that- the room was great. We got some tapas at the rooftop restaurant which weren't very good. Honestly, save yourself money and get street tacos instead. On the last day, the front desk allowed us a late check out as I had a migraine and needed to sleep it off. That was very much appreciated! Overall, we really liked the location as we could walk or take a quick/cheap uber to wherever we were going. The historic center was way to chaotic and crowded for us, so this was a nice, quiet safe location to come back to. I'd likely come back and make sure to reserve a junior sweet in the main building.

The location of this place is perfect many attractions close by.

Excelente servicio. Todo el staff muy atento. Existe una variedad de restaurantes que se pueden visitar. A menos de una cuadra se encuentra un restaurante familiar ‘La Huerta’ muy bonito servicio y excelente comida. Lo que necesiten comuniquenselo al staff y ellos con gusto los ayudaran. Por ultimo, el lugar esta central a varios lugares. En realidad es una location excelente.

Very antique nice-looking hotel, but rooms with no windows and no desks or tables. Internet poor. I had to pay additional for a room with a window (Premium Suite). It has potential, but the rooms need better furniture and the windows lack, maybe an issue. Overall nice reception stall, nice antique looking, convenient location, but, rooms could use improvements.
