Casa Tuna was everything you could hope for in a place to stay. Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, lovely linens, fabulous staff, kept up perfectly. Rooftop patio. Excellent wifi too!

I had a great stay — the place was very nice and quiet. I especially loved the shower and the quality of the shampoo and conditioner provided. It would be wonderful if they offered an option for a glass of wine or a drink to enjoy in the evening.
For the breakfast, I think adding some cozier or cuter chairs would make the experience even better…

The property was conveniently located in Coyoacán - many restaurants, bars, and the nearby park/center of town. The area was very walkable and also safe both day and night. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly enough. I would stay here again.

The location of this beautiful boutique hotel is incredible! You are literally only 1 block away from the Church and plaza, all the restaurants, shops, and just a 5 minute walk from the Central Market of Coyoacan!
The kindness of the staff made feel so safe, since I was traveling alone.
The little hotel gives you the feeling of being in an old plantation home. It’s clean, quiet, and so beautiful.

My stay at Casa Tuna was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a safe location, with plenty of accessible food and cultural activities (museum at an ex-convent, Frida Kahlo museum, and the market). Good options are plentiful ranging from local street food near the parks and plazas to beautiful restaurants specializing in modern Mexican cuisine, Italian, etc. Public transportation is accessible but the metro is a bit of a walk, so Ubers and taxis may be a better option. The staff is friendly and helpful.
