The girls on the front desk, Dana and another one who has a Maya name, they are absolutely the best… Place was nice and clean, good breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and at a great price! Amazing customer service all around. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job keeping everything spotless, and the receptionists are so kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious (and included!) — they seriously need a tip jar because it’s that good. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Chetumal! 🙌

The room was pretty basic but clean. The towels had stains and were dingy. The water in the shower drained really slow and pooled quickly. The breakfast was okay, coffee was good.
