Check in was excellent. I was allowed to park in view of the lobby which was good since my car is full of household items. Access to the property was a challenge as I couldn’t cross the highway easily. Maybe instructions on doing this would be useful

Room was dirty we got to the room there was no towels I walk down stairs and ask the staff if they can provide me with some towels and said that they were going bring me and never did!

We stayed a few times on our way between US and Lake Chapala. The location is very convenient and it has breakfast included. Unfortunately we had a room towards the highway. It was very loud. It was okay but we most likely won't stay there again.
