Condesa Suites

This was a surprisingly amazing stay. For its price the location and facilities are excellent. If you want to get a feel of Condessa I highly recommend this place. The location also allowed us to walk everywhere fun in CDMX

Very bad experience. Room had mold on the wall, the curtains wouldn't close, and there was a lack of maintenance. I requested a room change, but they couldn't move me until the next day. The reception staff had a poor attitude.

Great location, great pride and great amenities providing rooms with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, dining space s d a sofa!

Enjoy my giant king-size bed next to huge, floor-to-ceiling windows! Wifi worked well, the room was quiet, and the shower water hot. The room was generally clean, but the corners needed more attention...the kitchen equipment was also a bit old, but functional. The area is walkable with some restaurant options. More quiet and residential than Roma Norte, which also means less street food and bars.

Overall a great property, especially for the price. The location is perfect as it is both quiet but within a 10 minute walk of a bunch of great restaurants and bars as well as a 15 minute walk to the park. In our room, there was an outlet that was out of the wall but the room was clean and just what we needed, housekeeping was great.

I loved the room and the kitchen. I had a view as well. Great area. Condesa is beautiful.

Excellent location - quiet and safe neighborhood, very well-lit at night. We loved the suite style - mini fridge, sink, burner that we didn't use, microwave that we did. Had coffee cups, glasses, plates, utensils, dining table and chairs, comfy sofa that looked like a futon. Shower was hot and had great pressure, bedroom had room darkening curtains. Perfect for a couple! Within walking distance: Walmart, Oxxo, Tacos Don Juan, The Backyard restaurant, Lardo restaurant. About 1 km from Chapultepec Metro stop and entrance to Chapultepec Park (Bosque de Chapultepec). Very quiet area, if you want more nightlife/noise, you may need to Uber.

The room was clean, but cold on a November night so the guard provided a space heater. The shower was also not hot, but warm enough to bathe. Space was fine, but we cancelled our next booking at the other end of our trip to stay somewhere else.

The room was very spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Quiet location, close to many restaurants.

We Ubered to the hotel so no parking was needed. Room was very clean. There was 24 hr security, which made us feel safe.

The Condessa suites hotel is located near everything. It’s on a quiet street, ample room and good service and you can’t feed the Price.

The only issue is the variarery on the tv channel

Clean room. Poor in toiletries. Very helpful front desk people 👏.

There aee many options to eat, it feels safe to walk, and the neighborhood is so pretty.

This is a wonderful location and very cozy place!

Convenient and well located

Friendly staffs, the room was very clean.

We always stay here visiting CDMX, but this time our experience was a little different. We realized no towels were placed in our room after arriving late from dinner, we requested this at the small reception but the security didn’t believed us. I told him he could go and check (with a surprised face) he mentioned that he will try to find some towels for us. After a few minutes he showed up with 2 body towels and asked me again if I was sure there were no towels, and I assured him and proceed to hand me the towels. Next morning I requested to get the rest of the towels and change the body towels as we used the body towels to face wash, hand wash, the security stated that towels are only replaced every 3 days (I usually understand this and do not request towel change everyday) stating that we got towels until 12:30am at night and we already used those towels, when returned to the room found out they left the same towels (that were in the floor) and only added face towels. This was not a good experience, after several visits to this hotel visiting Mexico City. Other than that hotel rooms are spacious, clean and hotel is well located.
