La mujer joven en la recepción era increíblemente poco profesional y adversarial, sin ninguna buena razón. Encienden la unidad de aire acondicionado vieja y mal mantenida con un control remoto y luego llevan el control remoto a la oficina, dejar a los huéspedes sin forma de controlar la temperatura en la habitación. Si tiene la opción de elegir otro hotel donde el personal tenga una actitud normal y hospitalaria hacia los huéspedes, hágase un favor y elija el otro hotel. Este cliente se ha alojado en miles de hoteles en diferentes países y nunca ha visto que el personal del hotel tenga una actitud tan poco profesional e inhóspita hacia los clientes que pagan. Esta revisión es publicada por alguien que es completamente razonable y lógico. La vida y los hoteles no son perfectos, pero ninguna persona razonable querría quedarse en un hotel con un personal con tan mal comportamiento. Elija cualquier otro hotel si hay uno disponible.

Staff was great. The property is a bit run down and the pool was not very clean but a lot of people were swimming in it. The price was really great for 5 nights and we were happy with our choice in the end.

I liked that it was cheap and the pool were clean and very cool. Also, everything was close by such as grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are in a budget or simply want to save some money and have a great time.

It was not work it for the price we pay. The service was really bad. Room was so old and bathroom sink have mold. All over. Really bad experience. We try to go out as much we could as room was very unpleasant picture were not what it shows. misleading

The staff was very friendly and personable. They helped with any questions even though they didn't speak great English and I didn't speak great Spanish.

good budget hotel don't expect much and you will be happy, very hard beds, good hot water and a/c very cold but the location is what your really paying for, everything is in walking distance for everything else use the air condition bus to go up and down the main tourist strip

I had stayed in this hotel 28 years ago and it was decent then. I worried that it would be a dump. But we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms and pool were (and we arrived on New Year's Day when a bit of a mess might have been understandable). The staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to a suite for free. The hotel is old--and our toilet got plugged--but the serviceman was up to the room within 10 minutes of calling the desk and unplugged it. Overall, it was a great deal for the price we paid.

Only poor item is lack of internet service across their hotel, only available in the reception area. In this modern age of communication? Wi-fi is cheap to install. Otherwise hotel is ok but old and needs some touchup maintenance as for all hotels in Acapulco.

Although this hotel looks as though it was once an amazing spot, as does most of Acapulco, the rooms was invested with bed bugs!!! Both beds and furniture had visible creepy crawlies and I was covered head to toe in bites. After having prepaid, we stayed our three nights on the hard dirty beds.. Someone needs to sink some much needed tlc into this place ASAP!!

De acuerdo al precio, estuvo Bien mi estancia, me gustó que hay agua abundante en la regadera, la Alberca de atrás excelente, Buen trato del personal, solo las camas no son lo ideal para descansar se sumen, pero lo demás muy Bien
