Dated... REALLY dated... the rooms are big, but feel very old; the bathroom felt small and cramped, the beds may have been nice in the 80's, but I expected better in a hotel nowadays. The air conditioner was noisy, there were barely any electrical outlets in the room. And the worst was the internet, I tested it multiple times and I could never get more than 0.2mbps so completely unusable for modern work. The staff didn't seem service oriented at all, to the point that when I left on the second day of a 7 night stay, they didn't even ask or question it.

classic hotel, with very friendly staff. location is ok, 15 minutes walking from downtown. pool area is very nice. restaurant is regular. doors don't keep noise outside, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but in general it was a good stay.

Excellent choice!. It is a big Hotel so, do not expect fast solutions or fast results to any inconvenient or application. It takes time for everything and they do not like you to be late for check out. Water in the pool is not heated but the hot weather helps to get used to it soon. It is not a good choice for people who can not walk or take stair by their own or when you have big suitcases but it is great for children who can run a lot and enjoy big distances walking. In general we spent a nice time, food is very good at the restautant and people are always trying to help and smiling.

I reserved this hotel for my parents and they were really impressed wit the staff. The hotel needs a bit of TLC but it's clean, comfortable and close to the University, which is what they were looking for...not to mention that it was at a very good price! My sister end up going with them and staff were very helpful, changing the small room for a bigger one (same price) and the buffet apparently was very nice. Can't thank the staff enough for making my family feel welcomed. We will happily stay there again.

I went for a celebration . I picked it for its location. The rooms were spacious , clean , air conditioned, lots of light . The hotel is a bit older. But generally speaking it's a good clean hotel with amenities like a pool. It is defenestration not a 5 star hotel. Their Mexican breakfast buffet is EXCELENTE. As well as their restaurant

Las habitaciones y em personal estuvo bien. Pero la habitación que me dieron, se escuchaba mucho ruido por la noche (por fiestas que habían) y por la mañana otros ruidos(no se si de limpieza, de una bomba o un motor), por lo que no pude dormir bien.
