Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant. The property itself is nice, and getting around the area is easy thanks to convenient transportation options. That said, there’s definitely room for improvement in certain areas to make the stay even better.

The hotel is really close to some cool historical sites, all within walking distance. Street vendors are across the street at the park. There is lots to see around the hotel.

The hotel feels very dark and uninviting. The rooms are a little outdated and in need of repair. Our room had a water leak in the bathroom. Conveniently located, but would rather stay in a place that is in better condition in this price range.

Very nicely located across the street from the park and Palacio de Bella artes. I didn’t try the hotel restaurants but everything looked very nice and the beds were comfy and showers very good..
