Hospedaje Colibri

This apartment is in a great location with easy access to the central area, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is nicely furnished with Mexican artwork on display, comfy bed, cozy blankets, clean towels etc. The kitchen is decently equipped, and came with coffee, sugar, tea provided. A nice touch. The best feature is the terraza: private, spacious and awesome views. We spent a lot of time out there. The cleaning staff are very thorough. We appreciated having a safe for passports etc.Hot water was plentiful in the bathroom. Miguel (the owner) and Martha at the sister hotel (Casa Colibri) were informative and helpful in every way.

The apartment was a nice unit and about 3 blocks to the Jerdin. It had a nice kitchen and a couch along with most of the items you need to make simple meals. It was cute and clean but not luxurious. It was cool enough at night even though there was no a/c. The shower sometimes took a while to get warm but was not a major issue. Water was delivered everyday and there was maid service each day. Miguel the owner is very nice and helpful. The decks on the units on the 3rd and 4th levels were nice. The view from the 4th room was the best, although the winding stairway is a bit tight.

Our experience was better than expected. The manager helped us all the way from giving us precise instructions to arrive to giving us excellent tips on places to go and visit. The mini-apartment we got was clean and had everything you need to feel at home in San Miguel. The location was perfect. We did everything walking and never used the car once we parked for several days. The street where Hospedaje is located its quite despite only blocks from the main area at the town. The terrace was nice, private and with a nice view. If you want to feel like living in San Miguel de Allende in a nice area in a clean and comfortable stay, this is your place.

Nuestra estancia estuvo descente hasta que se "perdió" una prenda que se encontraba dentro de una de nuestras maletas. No levantamos el reporte hasta que estuviéramos 100% seguros de que desapareció. Al avisarle al encargado del hotel lo sucedido su respuesta fue que confía en su personal y que eso no pudo haber pasado. Dio a entender que fue nuestra culpa la pérdida de la prenda y que ellos no iban a hacer nada. Tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente dando excusas, sin resolver el problema y poniéndose al tu por tu con el cliente. No les recomiendo el hotel para nada por el mal trato que pueden recibir si llegan a tener algún problema. Evítense eso y elijan otro hotel, hay varios con el mismo precio y con excelente servicio.

Para empezar no tienen recepción de fijo, tuve que llamar mas de 10 veces para localizar a las personas que me iban a abrir y cuando llegamos, la habitación tenia escaleras de caracol súper incomodas y eso nunca lo especificaron en la reserva, la habitación estaba muy fría por que tenia techo de lamina aunque estaba muy bonita, la verdad no volvería a hospedarme ahí.
